Company Introduction 上海建工是上海国资中较早实现整体上市的企业。前身为创立于1953年的上海建筑工程管理局，1994年整体改制为以上海建工（集团）总公司为资产母公司的集团型企业。1998年发起设立上海建工集团股份有限公司,并在上海证券交易所挂牌上市。2010年和2011年，经过两次重大重组，完成整体上市。 上海建工是中国建筑行业的先行者和排头兵。成立66年来，始终坚持服务国家发展战略，始终坚持“和谐为本、追求卓越”的核心价值观，始终坚持改革创新发展、打造优秀品牌，大力实施全国化发展、全产业链协同联动、打造建筑全生命周期服务商的“三全”战略，积极传承和弘扬执行力、诚信、工匠“三大文化基因”。 上海建工经营业绩持续保持两位数增长的稳健态势。上海建工作为竞争类国企，始终积极投入激烈的市场竞争，不断增强企业经营活力，确保国有资产保值增值。2018年新签合同额超过3000亿元、营业收入超过1700亿元。经营规模在美国《工程新闻记录》杂志公布的“2018年ENR全球最大250家工程承包商”中位列第9位，在《财富》“2018年中国500强”中位列第61位。 上海建工公司治理水平和股东回报获资本市场认可。上海建工自上市以来保持着稳定的高分红，位列建筑国企前列。上海建工获“全国厂务公开民主管理示范单位”称号。上海建工入选“福布斯2018年世界最佳雇主榜”。上海建工和旗下市政总院成功获首批“上海品牌”认证。党委书记、董事长徐征入榜《哈佛商业评论》中文版“2018中国百佳CEO”，是该榜单自2016年推出以来连续三年入选。徐征被评为“2018年上海市优秀企业家”。 上海建工一直保持上海城市建设主力军地位。成功建造了以上海中心大厦、国家会展中心（上海）、上海迪士尼乐园、昆山中环线、港珠澳大桥澳门口岸旅检大楼等为代表享誉国内外的一系列“超级工程”。2018年上海重大工程建设参与率达71%。2018年，上海建工高标准完成了中国首届国际进口博览会主场馆建设——国家会展中心提升改造和全市多项道路更新、景观提升与运营保障等重大任务。上海建工历年累计获鲁班奖110项。 上海建工积极贯彻市委市政府提出的“全国布局、服务全国、海外发展”要求并取得积极成效。国内市场形成了以长三角区域，以及华南区域、京津冀区域、中原区域、东北区域、西南区域和其他若干重点城市组成的“1+5+X”国内市场布局，承建的工程覆盖全国34个省市自治区的120多座城市。上海建工在海外20个国家或地区承建项目，其中在柬埔寨、尼泊尔、蒙古、马来西亚、哈萨克斯坦、东帝汶等32个“一带一路”国家和地区开展业务。 上海建工拥有完整的建筑全产业链。上海建工具备为客户提供从投资、建设到勘察、设计、建造、运维、更新等为一体的建筑全生命周期服务能力。旗下“建筑施工、设计咨询、房产开发、城建投资、建材工业”五大事业群协同联动，为客户提供建筑全生命周期服务整体解决方案；“城市更新、水利水务、环境治理、数字化工业化建造、建筑服务业”等五大新兴业务蓬勃发展，积极服务生态环保建设、建设美丽中国。 上海建工把科技创新放在发展大局的核心位置。2018年研发投入近52亿元，占营业收入的3%。在2017年国家发改委发布的国家企业技术中心评价中，上海建工以94.5分的优异成绩位列全国1345家国家企业技术中心第7名、土木建筑业第1名、上海市第1名，领先于同行。拥有9家上海工程技术研究中心、19家国家高新技术企业。 上海建工积聚了多领域多层次的优秀人才优势。上海建工拥有2位中国工程院院士、2位何梁何利基金获得者、5位国家级设计大师、18位上海市领军人才、55位享受政府特殊津贴专家、8人荣膺“上海工匠”称号。拥有240多位教授级高级工程师以及200多名博士。具备一级建造师职业资格的员工近2800位。
