Company Introduction 兖州煤业股份有限公司成立于1997年9月25日，是一家主要经营煤炭、能源、铁路运输行业的公司,也是华东地区最大的煤炭生产商和中国最大的煤炭出口企业之一,还是国内唯一一家境内外三地上市煤炭公司,在国内煤炭行业中处于龙头地位.其煤炭产品销售主要集中于中国、日本、韩国、和澳大利亚等市场.公司本部目前拥有六座生产煤矿,分别是南屯煤矿、兴隆庄煤矿、鲍店煤矿、东滩煤矿、济宁二号煤矿和济宁三号煤矿,煤炭资源总储量达到40亿吨左右.公司斥巨资在陕西榆林地区建设国内最大甲醇生产基地,生产甲醇、醋酸等产品,积极向煤化工领域发展。
