Company Introduction 青岛城市传媒股份有限公司主要从事图书、期刊、电子音像等出版物的出版发行业务以及新兴媒体的开发运营业务，2015年9月正式登陆资本市场，股票代码600229。公司在突出传统优势的同时积极向新媒体、新业态转型升级，初步构建了以IP运营为核心的业务构架。 公司旗下拥有青岛出版社有限公司、青岛新华书店有限责任公司等40余家控股参股公司，具有图书、期刊、电子、音像、网络、影视、游戏等出版资质，是集内容生产、渠道传播于一体，产业链条完整的出版传媒企业。现有员工1800余人。 2019年以来，公司深入贯彻青岛市委市政府建设开放、现代、活力、时尚的国际大都市战略部署和“学深圳、赶深圳”、发起十五个攻势等系列要求，提出了“建设国内一流现代文化企业，争当国有文化企业改革先锋”的目标，实施精品出版战略，升级文化空间，推动媒体融合，优化文化投资，完善企业治理，全面开启“二次创业”新征程。2019年，公司实现营业收入23.14亿元，同比增长6.65%，归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.75亿元，同比增长7.62%，资产总额达40.74亿元，同比增长8.26%。公司获得“山东省优秀企业”称号，入选山东省“十强”产业集群文化创意类领军企业；所属青岛出版社有限公司在中宣部年度社会效益考评获得100分，名列全国12家满分单位之一；青岛新华书店有限责任公司荣获“山东省商业企业30强”等多项称号，实现了社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。 近年来，公司不断提升版权运营水平，推出了《云冈石窟全集》《中国唐卡文化档案》《中国民间工艺集成》《中国江河流域自然与人文遗产影像档案》系列丛书等一批思想性艺术性观赏性俱佳的精品力作，拥有《数学》《科学》等国标教材，签约了诸多一线作家、艺术家、专业人士。同时，围绕优质版权资源，公司在新媒体应用、艺术文创、IP延伸开发等领域探索融合发展路径。 公司积极承担国有文化企业的社会责任，加速推进书店业态转型、产品转型、服务转型、管理转型，“BCMIX”“涵泳”“明阅岛”“栈桥书店”等主题书店，与美食、旅游、教育等多元要素融合，形成不同定位的轻资产连锁化书店群，为城市增加新的文化标签；自2017年起，公司连续三年承接青岛市政府市办实事项目，形成惠及全民的免费阅读服务体系；公司发挥青岛全民阅读研究院产业优势，通过深耕“汇泉讲堂”“唤醒阅读力”等品牌活动，为岛城读者提供学习、交流和展示平台，三年间累计举办活动数百场次。 面向未来，公司将紧紧围绕发展目标，持之以恒深化改革、加快创新、扩大开放，不断加快“二次创业”步伐，努力实现公司高质量发展，为推进青岛时尚文化城建设奉献力量。
