Company Introduction 南京中央商场（集团）股份有限公司，简称“中央商场”，始建于1936年，由张静江、曾养甫、茅以升等社会名流和爱国之士，以“抵制日货、弘扬国货、振兴民族商业”为宗旨而创立，是当时“实业救国”大潮中南京第一家大型综合商场。时至今日，中央商场已经走过了86年的历史。1993年，中央商场成为江苏省首家法人股上市公司；2000年，中央商场在上海证券交易所正式上市交易；2005年，雨润集团入主南京中商，成为第一大股东。作为“民族商业的先驱”，中央商场始终坚持以“实业兴国”为宗旨，以繁荣城市商业为第一要务，近年来，集团通过新建和并购重组等方式，先后在江苏、安徽、河南、山东、湖北等地发展了16家连锁百货店，均已成为当地具有影响力的商业体。集团在营门店总经营面积超70万平方米，其中位于南京新街口商圈的中心店经营面积逾10万平方米，规模在华东地区单体店行列中首屈一指，在建商业项目建设面积超过260万平方米。为加快集团新零售转型“资产由重变轻、做轻做快”的战略落地，形成“大商场+小便利店”的互补经营模式，2017年集团携手罗森开辟新业态板块迅速布局南京、安徽。截至2021年12月31日，南京罗森店铺突破230家，2021年全店营业额超过5亿元，2022年南京所有主城区店铺将超过300家。自2018年罗森入驻安徽合肥，辐射周边，截至2021年12月31日，安徽省门店数已突破180家，涵盖安徽合肥等数个城市，立地以高档社区和高档写字楼商圈为主，兼顾教育、医疗、产业园等各类商圈。除特殊立地，罗森门店均通过24小时营业模式为客户提供服务。作为历史悠久的企业，中央商场拥有丰富的商业管理经验、战略合作资源、品牌资源和资本优势。一路来的艰苦奋斗也换来了诸多荣誉：2008年荣获“中国商业服务业改革开放二十周年功勋企业”；2013年荣获“中国零售百强企业”，“全国商业服务业十佳企业”；2020年荣获“2019年度经济发展突出贡献奖”等。创行业一流连锁品牌，做基业常青百年“中央”，这是公司长期的战略性发展目标。面对激烈的市场竞争，集团明确了富有自身发展特色的战略方向——“经营由传统百货向购物中心转变、资产由重资产向轻资产转变、消费模式由传统购物向‘互联网+’O2O体验互动模式转变”。公司确立了持续发展、创新发展和跨越发展的方向，全力推进集团化、连锁化、社会化建设的进程，致力打造具有较强实力的现代化商业集团。
