Company Introduction 大恒新纪元科技股份有限公司于1998年12月14日注册成立，原名新纪元物产股份有限公司，1999年9月9日更名为大恒新纪元科技股份有限公司；于2000年11月29日在上海证券交易所上市。公司主营业务为光机电一体化产品、信息技术及办公自动化产品、数字电视网络编辑及播放系统、半导体元器件。1、光机电一体化产品（1）研发、生产、销售精密光机标准件产品、超快激光器及应用系统产品：①多品种的高精度标准件产品主要满足高校及研发机构用于光学及相关方面的研究、教学，满足一些精密仪器厂商、系统集成厂家的部件需求，同时提供给一些高校科研教学实验系统，为高校进行的与光学有关的科研教学提供多种实验装备；②用于激光卫星测距、工业精密加工的皮秒激光器；③用于太赫兹光谱仪光源、光栅刻蚀的飞秒激光器；④用于物质研究的太赫兹光谱仪TDS。（2）光学元件：用于检测行业的滤光元件，用于投影显示的分光元件，用于激光加工的激光系统配套元件等。（3）照明产品为飞利浦照明代理，主要销售光源、灯具等产品。2、信息技术及办公自动化产品（1）机器视觉产品：①以自主研发为主的、支持客户二次开发的图像采集、处理设备和软件，主要包括图像采集板卡、数据处理板卡、工业数字摄像机、智能摄像机等；②提供系统解决方案，同时配套提供相应的设备和技术服务；③提供以自主研发为主的完整机器视觉系统，主要应用于印刷行业、包装行业、食品行业、制药行业、纺织行业、电子行业等。根据市场需求，报告期内公司在原有业务的基础上，加大了工业数字摄像机和电子行业检测设备两方面的研发投入，未来将成为公司业务新的增长点。（2）系统集成产品主要是针对行业客户的信息化需求，提供针对性解决方案进行集成整合，包括自主研发的软硬件产品以及外购的相关设备及服务。（3）代理销售部分办公设备及耗材。3、数字电视网络编辑及播放系统主要为广电传媒行业提供视音频解决方案设计、产品开发及项目服务。原有产品线涵盖了广播电视行业采、编、制、播、存、管的全流程，产品包括“非线性编辑系统”、“图文演播室系统”、“视频服务器系统”、“多画面监视控制器系统”、“节目制作网络系统”、“媒体资产管理系统”、“数字化总控播出系统”以及“新媒体综合运营解决方案”等。
