Company Introduction 西安标准工业股份有限公司（简称：标准股份），前身是创立于1946年的上海惠工缝纫机厂，1968年全迁陕西后更名为陕西缝纫机厂，1989年成立中国标准缝纫机集团有限公司，1999年组建西安标准工业股份有限公司，2000年在上海证券交易所上市。作为中国缝制设备行业历史悠久的企业，在行业从无到有、从小到大的发展路径中，每一个阶段，公司都引领着行业的技术进步，在工业缝纫机的提速时代、机电一体化时代、智能化时代和方兴未艾的信息化时代，都创造了公共价值，发挥了重要力量。在这个过程中，公司开辟了行业分工、携手发展的先河，团结了一批合作伙伴，推动了行业资源整合、优势互补、合作共赢的发展模式。公司运营“标准”、“威腾”、“海菱”三大品牌，形成定位清晰、优势互补的品牌架构。本部位于西安市太白南路335号。在西安、苏州、上海、德国凯泽斯劳滕四地，形成产品细分、布局完整、物流便捷、灵敏制造的产业布局。公司下属6个法人主体：位于德国凯泽斯劳滕的威腾欧洲公司，从事缝制设备前沿技术开发和欧美高端市场运营；位于江苏苏州的标准菀坪公司，主要业务面向箱包、鞋帽行业，是国内厚料工业缝纫机基地型企业；位于上海松江的标准海菱公司，主要业务面向服饰、家具、汽车内饰等行业；位于西安的标准国贸、标准供应链、标准精密三个子公司，分别从事国际贸易、产业链物资的批发零售、精密机械加工和国际贸易。在装备服务产业化不断加速的今天，公司在“为环境与服饰文明提供智慧绿色的系统解决方案和系统服务”的企业使命指引下，实现战略转型，推进两个转变，实现两个目标。两个转变：一是发展思路的转变；二是从出售单一缝制设备的供应商向环境与服饰领域的系统解决方案商和系统服务商的转变。两个目标：一是成为员工爱戴、令人尊敬的企业。二是成为创造环境与服饰文明的企业。公司始终坚持“用户永远是对的”市场价值观，以“只为客户找产品，不为产品找客户”的市场理念，通过整合资源，构建起以环境与服饰领域的系统解决方案为圆心的“1+7”业务模式，为终端客户提供设备、工程、服务、运营、供应链、智能化、金融七大增值服务。“044”管理模式，是公司实现战略转型的基本路径。“0”即归零赛马，其本质是市场化、是优胜劣汰、是公司可持续发展的密码。“4”即人员、财务、采购和销售的统管，是实现战略落地的基础。“4”即符合中国法律法规、符合国资监管管理、符合所在地法律法规的管理、符合党的要求的交集与融合。“044”管控格局形成企业发展与员工成长的发展共同体和命运共同体，打造出有纪律性的团队，有标准文化武装的团队，有自我批评方法的团队，有全心全意为用户服务的团队，有团结协同作风的团队，形成公司的核心能力，在普遍需求与个性需求多元交织的今天，通过高效的市场开拓和全球化的资源配置，不断满足用户需求，不断传递新的价值。
