Company Introduction 公司始终秉持“与健康携手，创生命绿洲”的企业使命，立足医药主业，专注于医药健康产业，主要从事医药产品的研发、生产和销售。公司主营产品在医药制造细分行业中涵盖中药细分行业。中医药事业是我国医药卫生事业的重要板块之一。国家大力发展中医药事业，实行中西医并重的方针，建立符合中医药特点的管理制度，充分发挥中医药在我国医药卫生事业中的作用。近年来，中国中医药行业受到各级政府的高度重视和国家产业政策的重点支持。在国家政策的支持、居民收入水平的增长以及人民健康意识增强等因素的推动下，我国中医药行业市场规模呈不断增长的趋势。报告期内，中医药行业重磅支持政策不断，涉及中药研制、中医药注册管理、中医药服务体系建设等各个方面，全面推动中医药行业的振兴与发展。2023年2月10日，国家药监局发布《中药注册管理专门规定》，自2023年7月1日起施行。《规定》共11章82条，进一步对中药研制相关要求进行细化，加强了中药新药研制与注册管理，促进中药传承创新发展。《规定》明确，对临床定位清晰且具有明显临床价值的以下情形中药新药等的注册申请实行优先审评审批：包括用于重大疾病、新发突发传染病、罕见病防治；临床急需而市场短缺；儿童用药；新发现的药材及其制剂，或者药材新的药用部位及其制剂；药用物质基础清楚、作用机理基本明确。2023年2月28日，国务院办公厅印发《中医药振兴发展重大工程实施方案》,加大“十四五”期间对中医药发展的支持和促进力度，着力推动中医药振兴发展。《方案》统筹部署了8项重点工程26个建设项目，到2025年，优质高效中医药服务体系加快建设，中医药防病治病水平明显提升，中西医结合服务能力显著增强，中医药科技创新能力显著提高，高素质中医药人才队伍逐步壮大，中药质量不断提升，中医药文化大力弘扬，中医药国际影响力进一步提升，符合中医药特点的体制机制和政策体系不断完善，中医药振兴发展取得明显进展，中医药成为全面推进健康中国建设的重要支撑。公司主要从事药品的研发、生产和销售，现有产品涵盖中西药制剂、贴敷剂、原料药和药用包装材料等共计300多个品种，经营产品涉及儿科类、止痛类、心血管系统类、内分泌系统类、消化系统类、清热解毒类、精神神经类、维生素矿物质类等细分领域。
