| Company Introduction | 公司的主要业务：（1）真空灭弧室相关业务为公司主业，包括真空灭弧室、固封极柱、相柱、操纵机构以及金属化陶瓷等配套零部件业务。报告期内，公司作为真空灭弧室及其系列产品领域的龙头企业，积极布局行业战略制高点，特别是加速推动产品向高压、低压两端延伸，针对细分市场主动引导，实施差异化设计，形成了风电、光伏、快速开关、轨道交通、换流变有载分接开关、智能电网等多个领域专用产品，随着高压电网、智能化电网、城乡配电网和电网改造计划的逐步落实，未来行业的发展趋势更加高端化、绿色化、智能化。（2）储能业务是公司控股子公司宝光智中的核心业务。宝光智中储能调频业务利用储能技术，为维持电力系统安全稳定运行、保证电能质量、促进清洁能源消纳及为电网提供调峰、调频、调压、备用、黑启动等辅助服务，同时也提供新能源储能的市场开发、技术解决方案、系统设备集成、工程建设管理以及储能应用咨询等服务，主要应用场景为火电储能调频、新能源侧储能、电网侧独立储能、源网荷储一体化等。（3）氢气业务以氢气制造销售为主，并经营氮气、氧气、氖气、氦气等多种气体。报告期内，氢气市场产销两旺，在做好氢气及其他气体经营的同时，氢能源业务从上游制氢，向中游氢气储运，下游氢能源利用进军。在氢气储运方面，积极扩充运氢管束车运力，有效增加氢气运输量和拓宽氢气运输半径，为公司氢气扩大市场销售提供了条件。在下游氢气利用业务上，积极与本地区行业龙头企业强化技术合作，在稀有金属用氢、管道掺氢等方面展开深度合作。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
