Company Introduction 公司自上市以来，历经多次资产重组和业务整合，目前主要经营广告传媒、汽车服务和新能源三大业务板块。 （一）广告传媒业务的经营模式及行业情况： 公司统筹管理北京市范围内公交车身、候车亭、车内挂板、场站灯箱等公交媒体广告业务。 1.公交车身媒体业务 报告期末，公司主营公交车身媒体19,000余辆，其中单层车辆媒体数量18,000余辆，双层车辆媒体数量近1,300辆，分别由广告分公司各营销中心、业务经营部和大客户部负责经营。 2.候车亭灯箱及其他公交广告媒体业务 报告期末，公司所属候车亭灯箱媒体11,000余块，采用合作经营模式；车内挂板、移动电视等其他公交媒体业务分别采用公司自主经营和合作经营的模式。 （二）汽车服务业务的经营模式及行业情况 公司汽车服务板块主要包括车辆销售和维修保养、汽车租赁、车辆报废回收拆解等子业务。 1.小型乘用车销售、维修与售后的汽车4S店业务公司子公司海依捷公司和北巴汽车公司是集整车销售、维修服务、配件供应、旧机动车经纪等为一体的汽车服务平台，目前旗下拥有北京奔驰、雷克萨斯、沃尔沃、一汽奥迪、一汽丰田、上海大众、广汽本田、东风日产、通用别克、东风雪铁龙、东风标致、广汽新能源、吉利新能源等授权经销店及二手车经纪公司，具有完整的汽车销售服务体系和汽车维修保养实力。 2.车辆租赁业务 公司全资子公司巴士租赁公司现共设有五个经营部，分布在花园村、展览中心等地，共有租赁车辆862辆，含电动车109辆。 3.车辆报废拆解和回收再利用业务 公司全资子公司天交公司是北京市商务委员会批准的国有大型报废机动车拆解企业，主营报废汽车的收购、解体；废旧物资的回收与再生利用等，是北京市公安局、公安交通管理局对社会营运车辆、公交车辆、涉外牌照车辆和罚没车辆的指定拆解厂家。 （三）新能源业务的经营模式及行业情况 公司控股子公司隆瑞三优公司作为北巴传媒新能源充电服务平台，主要负责新能源车辆充电服务设施的建设和运营工作。截至2023年6月30日，隆瑞三优公司已有753处充电站（201处公交充电站、552处公共充电站），1161台公交充电桩和5163台公共充电桩投入运营。
