| Company Introduction | 广东冠豪高新技术股份有限公司（以下简称：冠豪高新）于1993年在湛江经济技术开发区成立，1995年建成投产。1997年6月认定国家重点高新技术企业；2003年6月在上海证券交易所挂牌上市（证券代码600433）；2009年12月通过非公发引入中国纸业控股，成为央企控股混合制企业；2020年入选国企改革“科改示范企业；2021年4月冠豪高新换股吸收合并“粤华包”获证监会核准，开创国内跨交易所吸并（A吸B）先例；2021年6月公司党委获评“广东省先进基层党组织”；2021年7月入选国有重点企业管理标杆创建行动“标杆企业”；2021年11月在国务院国企改革办“科改示范企业”专项评估中获“优秀”评级。 冠豪高新旗下现拥有珠海红塔仁恒包装股份有限公司、湛江冠豪纸业有限公司、珠海华丰纸业有限公司、华新（佛山）彩色印刷有限公司、浙江冠豪新材料有限公司、珠海金鸡化工有限公司、广东冠豪新材料研发有限公司等多家子公司，生产基地分布于广东湛江、珠海、佛山及浙江嘉兴等交通便利核心地区，发展成为以“涂布”技术为核心，涉及高档涂布白卡纸、特种纸、精细化工品、彩色印刷品等业务的中国纸业南方平台公司，公司核心竞争力进一步增强，形成了集聚发展效应以及规模效应。 冠豪高新坚持可持续发展道路，积极履行社会责任，始终把安全生产和绿色环保放在重要位置。2021年获工信部“绿色供应链管理企业”认定，多次被省市环保部门评为“绿牌企业”。 公司产品覆盖无碳复写纸、热敏记录纸、不干胶标签材料、热升华转印纸、高档涂布白卡纸（烟草包装用纸、食品包装用纸、高端社会产品包装用纸）、彩盒及精密涂料等领域，相关产品在国内市场上占有较大份额，居于领先地位。 其中，1995年，自主研发、生产出国内第一张烟用涂布白卡纸，填补了国内白卡纸市场的空白，开启了国内烟卡纸逐渐替代进口烟卡纸的时代，目前烟草包装用纸在高端烟卡国内市场占有率第一；无碳复写纸一直占据国内财税票据高端市场，从1996年至今，持续被国家税务总局、中国印钞造币总公司选定为增值税专用发票无碳复写纸主要供应商；涂布防油白卡纸、液体食品包装纸、热敏三防纸和物流标签产品、热升华转印纸在数码印花等国内市场占有率位居行业领先地位。 冠豪高新拥有特种纸工程技术研发中心，功能性白卡纸及材料工程技术研发中心及省级企业技术中心、博士工作站等多个省级创新平台实验室，拥有国家认定的CNAS重点实验室，陆续开发出几十种新产品，填补多项国内空白，先后获得41项技术发明专利，荣获国家科技进步一等奖，并于2019年被全国工业造纸标准化技术委员会评为“造纸标准化先进企业”。 冠豪高新将进一步依托中国纸业央企平台和资源，遵循绿色清洁、循环高效、低碳环保的可持续发展新理念，从生产工艺、信息化、仓储、物流、清洁生产、循环经济等方面持续推动实现工业绿色升级，打造成为国内行业领先，乃至世界一流的纸业龙头企业。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
