Company Introduction 河北衡水老白干酒业股份有限公司，源于1946年党和政府将当时的衡水十八家传统私营酿酒作坊收归国有组建的“冀南行署地方国营衡水制酒厂”，是新中国第一家白酒生产企业；2002年10月29日在上交所上市（股票代码：600559），是河北省酿酒行业唯一一家上市公司。目前，公司总占地面积4000余亩，拥有员工5900余人，优质白酒年生产能力12万吨。 衡水老白干酒的生产基地，位于河北省衡水市。据明确的文字记载，已有1900多年的酿造历史，它兴于汉，盛于唐，名于宋，正式定名于明代；1915年荣获巴拿马万国物品博览会最高奖——“甲等大奖章”，享誉世界；2018年荣获拉斯维加斯世界烈性酒大赛最高奖--“双金奖”，并被评为“全场最佳”。历经百年，衡水老白干酒金奖品质，在世界舞台上依旧大放异彩，业内罕见。 一代代衡水老白干人继承传统、科技创新、诚信服务、追求卓越，形成了独特的小麦中温大曲、地缸发酵、续茬配料、混蒸混烧老五甑工艺和醇香清雅、酒体谐调、甘冽醇厚、回味悠长的典型风格，在消费者中享有高而不烈、低而不淡、饮后舒适、不上头的口碑和美誉。公司及产品先后荣获中华老字号、中国白酒老白干香型代表、国家级非物质文化遗产等称号。 2018年1月31日，经中国证监会核准，公司成功并购丰联酒业。实现了老白干香型、浓香型、酱香型的“一树三香”和衡水老白干、文王贡酒、板城烧锅酒、武陵酒、孔府家酒“五花齐放”的局面，开创了中国白酒上市公司中多香型、多品牌、多渠道的先河。 通过战略整合，公司拥有了更强大的技术力量：中国酿酒大师1名、中国白酒工艺大师2名、中国白酒首席评酒师1名、国家级白酒评委15名、中国白酒工匠大师10名、省级白酒评委59名、中国白酒酿造师161名。 公司将以“传承千年匠心、酿造美好生活”为使命，践行“老老实实做人、清清白白做事、干干净净做酒、红红火火创业”的企业价值观，发扬“团结实干、创新争先”的企业精神，致力于打造中国白酒一流企业！
