Company Introduction 天地科技股份有限公司是中国煤炭科工集团有限公司控股的上市公司，公司于2000年3月由煤炭科学研究总院作为主发起人成立。2002年5月15日在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码：600582，截至2024年底，公司股本总额41.39亿股。 公司主要业务活动集科学研究、设计、产品制造销售、工程承包、生产运营、煤炭生产销售、技术服务、金融工具支持为一体，为行业进步发展提供技术和服务，为煤炭行业客户解决安全高效绿色智能化开采与清洁高效低碳集约化利用技术问题。本公司现有的产业板块基本覆盖了煤炭行业全产业链，包括勘探、设计、煤机装备、安全技术与装备、煤矿建设、煤矿运营、生态治理、清洁能源高效利用等技术与产品为一体的集成式服务，是世界范围内煤炭行业产业链布局最为完整的企业之一，部分产品（服务）达到了国内外一流水平。 截止2024年底，公司在职员工总数17965人，其中各类专业技术人员6898人；拥有3名中国工程院院士、7名“万人计划”专家、44名享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家等国家级专业技术人才，另有全国勘察设计大师1人、煤炭行业勘察设计大师10人、首席科学家69人、首席工程师9人；拥有省部级以上各类实验室、工程中心、技术中心、检测检验平台122个，形成了以国家重点实验室、国家工程研究中心、国家级企业技术中心等国家级科技创新平台为引领的科研条件创新平台体系，是我国煤炭行业科研实验和检测检验平台资源集聚高地。 面向未来，天地科技将坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻落实党的二十大及历次全会精神，深入实施“1245”总体发展战略，面向世界科技前沿、面向经济主战场、面向国家重大需求、面向人民生命健康，服务碳达峰、碳中和，围绕构建清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源体系总目标，依托智慧赋能、智能装备、安全保障、绿色发展、清洁高效利用、智能设计与建设等核心发展方向，致力于攻克“无人化”矿井、重大关键核心技术和装备，提升先进科技成果供给能力和行业科技引领能力，加快实现煤炭高水平科技自立自强，打造我国煤炭开发利用原创技术“策源地”和国家战略科技力量，加快建成具有全球竞争力的世界一流科技领军企业，奋力谱写新时代高质量发展新篇章，为保障国家能源安全、全面建设社会主义现代化强国作出新的更大贡献。
