Company Introduction 上海陆家嘴金融贸易区开发股份有限公司致力于上海陆家嘴金融贸易区的开发建设.陆家嘴金融贸易区是中国唯一以"金融贸易"命名的国家级开发区,其中陆家嘴中心区1.7平方公里,在陆家嘴中心区内尚有大量的土地及项目储备,规划建筑面积逾200万平方米.主营业务从原来单一以土地开发为主逐步向以土地开发与项目建设并重的战略格局转型,从而逐步增加公司长期拥有的优质资产的比重,成为一家以城市开发为主业的房地产公司.公司在浦东的两大重要商业物业已经实现结构封顶,按计划将于07年底竣工,现在已经开始对外招商.这两大商业物业分别是九六广场以及1885项目号称浦东的新天地.由于两大商业物业地处陆家嘴商圈核心地段,因此随着陆家嘴金融贸易区的发展,公司租销两旺趋势将难以抵挡,目前陆家嘴软件园已实现旺租。
