Company Introduction 广州珠江实业开发股份有限公司前身为广州珠江房产公司,成立于1985年4月,是广州市成立最早的房地产综合开发企业之一.公司注册资本为18,703.94万元,经营范围:经营土地开发、承建、销售、租赁商品房;实业投资、物业管理;承接小区建设规划和办理拆迁、报建,工程咨询及自用有余的建筑物业展销;车辆保管;批发和零售贸易.在激烈的房地产竞争中,公司始终以服务社会、服务广大消费者为出发点,坚持经济效益、社会效益和环境效益相统一,努力向社会提供高质的产品和优良的服务,公司的社会声誉不断提高,在广州市房地产行业中树立了良好的品牌形象.公司连续多次荣获国家、省、市和有关行业颁发的各种荣誉和奖项.1987年被评定为一级城市建设综合开发公司;1990年9月,由于公司在房地产开发产量、质量、成本、经济效益、社会效益五个方面,共十二项指标均达到省级先进企业标准,被授予"省级先进企业"称号;同年10月,公司被授予"全国房地产开发先进企业"称号;1994年8月,公司荣获广州"一九九三年度开发综合经济实力十强企业"的称号;2001年获国家建设部颁发的"房地产开发企业一级资质证书",公司目前是广东省房地产协会、广州市房地产协会副会长单位。
