彩虹显示器件股份有限公司（简称彩虹股份）成立于1992年7月，1996年5月在上海证券交易所上市（股票代码：600707），总股本为35.88亿股。彩虹股份主营业务为平板显示器件及其关键材料的研发、生产和销售，是液晶面板、液晶基板玻璃产业集研发、设计、制造于一体具有国际竞争实力的领军企业之一。公司拥有的“平板显示玻璃工艺技术国家工程研究中心”是我国本领域唯一的国家级创新平台单位。“十三五”期间公司圆满完成了国家重点研发计划溢流法电子玻璃基板制备技术项目，高分辨率显示用玻璃基板生产线项目获国家发改委、工信部电子信息产业技术改造专项支持。公司液晶面板产品涵盖32"-100"超高分辨率（4K、8K）、曲面、窄边框（无边框）等多种类液晶电视面板，拥有先进的Cu、COA、BOA、PSVA等关键新工艺和混切生产技术。咸阳8.6代液晶面板生产线被誉为“丝路第一板”。公司液晶基板玻璃产业已建成咸阳、合肥、张家港、成都四个生产基地，形成了从G5、G6、G7.5、到G8.5+，从0.4mm到0.7mm厚度的液晶显示用基板玻璃系列化产品，是国内唯一一家掌握高世代基板玻璃制造成套装备、工艺、料方、材料和检测技术的企业，已成为平板显示产业“从沙子到整机”全产业链中的关键性一环。 2020年1月，国内首片拥有自主知识产权的溢流法0.5tG8.5+基板玻璃产品在彩虹合肥生产基地顺利下线，成功打破了行业技术垄断和产业“卡脖子”环节。G8.5+基板玻璃产品荣获第四届中国新型显示产业链“创新突破奖”，并通过了发改委、工信部、科技部项目验收，给予了“国内领先，国际先进”的高度评价。目前，该产品已在面板厂实现批量规模稳定供货，标志着彩虹向高世代基板玻璃产业化迈出了坚实一步，公司将全力加速推进新基地产业建设，彩虹高世代基板玻璃产业规模化全国布局、快速扩展的整体工作部署已有序展开。展望未来，彩虹股份将以推动中国新型显示产业链自主可控、安全健康为己任，不忘初心，牢记使命，坚持科技创新是引领发展的第一动力，进一步深入贯彻高质量发展战略，奋力开创企业发展新愿景，努力成为国家和地方经济新一轮产业升级的科技示范基地、产业创新高地。
