Company Introduction 华银电力原名湖南华银电力股份有限公司，1993年1月16日经湖南省体改委批准，由湖南省电力公司等6家法人单位共同发起，于1993年3月22日正式成立。 1996年9月5日，公司股票在上海证券交易所挂牌交易。 2003年9月，根据电力体制改革方案，湖南省电力公司将持有的公司33.34%股权划转至中国大唐集团公司（以下简称中国大唐）持有，公司控股股东变更为中国大唐。2006年7月10日，更名为大唐华银电力股份有限公司。 2015年，华银电力非公开发行股份收购大唐耒阳发电厂全部经营性资产、大唐湘潭发电有限责任公司100%股权、大唐华银张家界水电有限公司35%股权，中国大唐所持华银电力股份增至9.53亿股，占华银公司总股本的53.53%。 2022年，华银电力非公开发行股份募集资金8.4亿元，公司股本增加至20.31亿元，控股股东中国大唐占华银电力总股本的46.94% 自2012年以来，华银电力连续保持“湖南省文明行业”荣誉，多次获评“中国大唐集团有限公司文明单位”称号。2016年获得“全国五一劳动奖状”殊荣，2021年首次获评“湖南省文明标兵单位”。
Main Business 从事火力发电业务，同时经营水电、风电、太阳能业务以及电力销售业务。
