Company Introduction 安徽合力股份有限公司系安徽叉车集团有限责任公司核心控股子公司，1996年在上海证券交易所上市，注册资本7.402亿元。 公司主要从事工业车辆整机、智能物流系统及关键零部件的研发、制造与销售，以及配件服务、融资租赁、车辆租赁、维保服务、再制造等后市场业务。公司主导产品拥有24个吨位级、500多个品种、1700多种型号，产品覆盖了0.2-46吨系列电动和内燃工业车辆、重型运搬装备、工程机械及传动系统、工作装置等关键零部件。为不同行业、不同生态、不同场景用户提供综合性物料搬运解决方案。 公司通过整机及关键零部件的研发设计，原辅材料及配套件的采购，车辆核心系统、结构件、覆盖件及铸造件的生产制造，再经整车组装、调试、检验等工艺环节后，最终将合格的产品交付客户使用。公司在国内通过直接设立销售子公司与授权经销商代理相结合的模式，负责相应区域的产品销售和售后服务；在海外则通过设立区域中心、进出口贸易及经销商代理销售的模式运营。
