西藏城市发展投资股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）,原名西藏金珠股份有限公司,是由西藏金珠（集团）有限公司、西藏自治区国际经济技术合作公司、中国出口商品基地建设西藏公司、西藏自治区信托投资公司和西藏自治区包装进出口公司联合发起，对西藏金珠（集团）有限公司下属的北京西藏北斗星图片总社和西藏自治区对外贸易进出口公司进行部分股份制改组于1996年10月25日成立的股份有限公司。同年11月8日，经中国证券监督管理委员会以证监发字【1996】218号文批准，股票于上海证券交易所发行上市,股票交易代码为600773。2007年公司因国有法人股份划转更名为“西藏雅砻藏药股份有限公司”。 2009年11月，经中国证券监督管理委员会证监许可【2009】1180号文核准，以向上海市闸北区国有资产监督管理委员会发行新增股份的方式购买其持有的上海北方城市发展投资有限公司（以下简称“北方城投”）100%的股权,重组完成后公司更名为“西藏城市发展投资股份有限公司”，转型为房地产开发、矿业投资企业。公司目前总股本81966.0744万股，注册地址为西藏自治区拉萨市金珠西路56号14楼，第一大股东为上海市静安区(原为闸北区)国有资产监督管理委员会，占上市公司47.78%股权。公司下属子公司北方城投是上海市静安区最大的房地产开发企业之一，拥有上海市房屋土地资源管理局颁发的房地产开发企业二级资质证书，公司及其前身拥有二十几年的房地产开发经验，目前主要经营业务为旧区改造、普通商品房、别墅、办公楼和保障性住房开发。公司已经开发永和小区、牡丹苑、永乐苑、和泰花园、和源名城、和源福邸等20多个小区。 2010年，公司收购了拥有龙木错、结则茶卡盐湖资源的西藏阿里圣拓矿业有限责任公司41%股权，将其更名为西藏国能矿业发展有限公司；2012年，与西藏自治区投资有限公司、西藏金泰工贸有限责任公司以及西藏自治区国有资产经营公司共同投资成立西藏旺盛投资有限公司，并与中国地质科学院合作开展阿里革吉3200多平方公里硼、有色金属找矿科学考察项目；2013年,公司通过西藏国能矿业发展有限公司收购了西藏龙辉矿业有限公司，介入有色金属矿产领域。另外，公司与清华大学合作成立陕西国能新材料有限公司、北京北方国能科技有限公司，从事石墨烯碳纳米材料批量制备与销售，对推动碳纳米材料在电子、储能、环保等行业的发展具有重要的意义。2018年公司完成发行股份及支付现金购买资产，上海藏投酒店有限公司、泉州市上实置业有限公司、陕西国能锂业有限公司成为公司全资子公司。通过多年的努力，西藏城投基本形成了房地产、矿业及商业资产运营的产业格局，初步实现了业务跨区域、跨行业转型，广泛与社会资本、地方政府合作的经营模式。
