Company Introduction 成商集团控股有限公司，为茂业商业股份有限公司控股公司，成立于1998年，注册资本13.7亿。 2015年10月，茂业商业并购仁和春天（人东店、光华店），创西南地区零售行业收购规模历史纪录。 目前公司零售板块以“茂业天地”“茂业百货”“仁和春天”“人民商场”多品牌模式运营，立足成都、辐射四川、布局西南、华南、山东、内蒙古等城市核心区域，业务涉及百货零售、商业地产、物业经营、酒店(JW万豪酒店)等领域。截至2018年3月31日在全国9个城市拥有36家门店，运营中门店总建筑面积超过130万平方米。 茂业商业西南区域，百货零售门店包含“仁和春天百货光华店”、“仁和春天百货人东店”、“茂业天地盐市口店”“茂业天地重庆江北店”、“茂业百货春熙店”、“茂业百货绵阳店”“茂业百货南充店”、“成都武侯店”、“春天超市”等10家门店。
