| Company Introduction | 丹化化工科技股份有限公司（以下简称：丹化科技）成立于1993年9月，注册资本为人民币7.78亿元，是国内煤化工上市公司中的龙头企业之一。公司在境内公开发行A股（代码：600844）、B股股票（代码：900921），在上海证券交易所上市。目前，公司本部及下属企业员工1600多人，主要经营范围是煤化工产品、石油化工产品及其衍生物的化学工业前沿技术的深度研发、工程化、技术转让等业务，自建或合建的生产基地涉及内蒙古、江苏、河南等地，并逐步向山东等地扩展。 公司现有三家控股子公司——上海丹化化工技术开发有限公司（以下简称：丹化技术）、通辽金煤化工有限公司（以下简称：通辽金煤）和江苏丹化醋酐有限公司（以下简称：丹化醋酐），其中，“通辽金煤”是公司目前主要的控股子公司，通过自主研发，采用世界首创的煤制乙二醇技术，自建和合建生产装置5套，年产能120万吨。 “丹化科技”的技术研发团队由具有多年化工行业产业化经验的专业技术人员组成，部分技术人员曾先后获得省部级“劳动模范”等荣誉称号及专业奖项。同时，公司还与中科院等科研机构，以及其他技术领先企业开展合作，引进外部专业力量，使自身的技术研发力量、管理效能发挥出更大效果。 正是对人才与资源有机结合的管理应用，公司的生产企业在煤化工技术上收获了成果。“煤制乙二醇”工艺技术获得中科院的鉴定认可，“煤制乙二醇”工程被《石化产业调整和振兴规划（2009-2011年）》列为我国煤化工五大重点示范工程之一，“万吨级煤制乙二醇成功实现工业化示范”入选2009年度中国十大科技进展新闻。 公司今后的战略发展定位是：聚焦煤化工领域，以可持续发展为导向，实施做大做强战略；依托对各方产业资源和技术优势的整合，强化公司核心竞争优势。公司的战略发展目标是：通过未来的努力，以自建、合作、异地布局等模式，使主要产品乙二醇达到年产300万吨，国内市场占有率达35%-40%左右，成为全球最大的乙二醇生产商之一，并积极发展其他煤化工衍生产品。 为尽早完成战略目标，加快产业布局，公司已与河南能源化工集团有限公司、山东济宁市化学工业开发区的企业强强联手，通过整合各方产业资源、技术优势，做大做强“煤制乙二醇”产业。目前河南的五个年产总量100万吨的乙二醇项目中，大部分已开始试生产。公司还计划在山东合作建设合成气制乙二醇项目。 “丹化科技”将始终坚持以一流的技术占据市场优势，产品经营和资本经营并重，不断加大新产品的技术攻关，使公司能在未来的竞争中赢得更深厚的技术与资本积累。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
