Company Introduction 云南博闻科技实业股份有限公司（证券简称：博闻科技，证券代码：600883）于1990年5月经云南保山地区行署经济委员会保署（1990）13号批准正式成立，1993年经国家体改生（1993）223号文批准确认为继续进行规范化的股份制试点企业。1995年12月8日公司发行的社会公众股股票经批准在上海证券交易所挂牌交易，成为云南省第四家暨全省地州股份制企业第一家上市公司，随着公司经营范围的不断扩大，经公司1999年临时股东大会批准，并报经有关部门审核同意，自2000年3月7日起，公司名称由原“云南省保山水泥股份有限公司”正式更名为“云南富邦科技实业股份有限公司”，并自2000年3月13日起，公司上市股票简称由原“云南保山”更名为“富邦科技”。经公司2003年度股东大会审议批准，并报经有关部门审核同意，2004年6月24日本公司名称由“云南富邦科技实业股份有限公司”变更为“云南博闻科技实业股份有限公司”，上市股票简称自2004年7月8日由“富邦科技”变更为“博闻科技”。公司经过三十多年发展，注册资本为23,608.80万元，总资产达到8.74亿元、净资产8.18亿元，形成了资产质量良好、财务状况稳健、内部控制规范的上市公司。 公司发展战略： 立足云南，面向全国重点区域，积极投资于具有竞争力、发展前景良好的项目，将公司培育为优质的注重资产经营的实业公司。 公司主营业务： 食用菌业务、火腿业务、项目投资。 公司下属有两家全资子公司，注册地分别在昆明市和香格里拉市，主要从事食用菌制品的采购、加工和销售经营业务。一家控股子公司，注册地在大理州云龙县，主要从事火腿、肉灌制品、腊肉制品的生产、销售。 公司投资参股两家上市公司，一家是新疆众和股份有限公司（SH.600888），目前为其第二大股东。另一家是云南白药集团股份有限公司（SZ.000538）。 公司发展方向： 根据云南省打造“绿色食品牌”、把云南高原特色现代农业作为高质量发展的战略重点，公司积极顺应国家和区域产业发展政策契机，依托资本市场和云南资源禀赋条件，创建“格里拉”品牌，聚焦云南高原特色优势产业领域，挖掘农副食品加工/食品制造行业优势资源项目的投资机遇，探索创新产品与经营模式、提升品牌影响力，将公司打造成经营稳健、规范运作和有社会责任感的优秀上市公司。
