| Company Introduction | 中国航发动力股份有限公司（以下简称“公司或本公司”），前身系吉林华润生化股份有限公司（以下简称“吉生化”），2008年度吉生化经重大资产重组后，名称变更为西安航空动力股份有限公司，注册地为陕西省西安市。 2014年公司进行了重大资产重组，重组采取发行股份购买资产的方式，由航空动力向中航工业、中航发动机控股有限公司、西安航空发动机（集团）有限公司（以下简称“西航集团”）、中国贵州航空工业（集团）有限责任公司、贵州黎阳航空发动机（集团）有限公司、中国华融资产管理股份有限公司、中国东方资产管理公司、北京国有资本经营管理中心等8家资产注入方定向发行股份，购买7家标的公司的股权及西航集团拟注入资产。重组后公司名称变更为中航动力股份有限公司。重组完成后，上市公司主营业务产品范围从大型发动机扩展为大中小型发动机、航模发动机，集成了我国航空动力装置主机业务的几乎全部型谱，丰富了航空发动机的研制、生产和修理范围，发动机主机产业链得到完善和优化。 2016年5月31日，中国航空发动机集团有限公司注册成立，对公司实际行使出资人的管理职权，成为公司的实际控制人。2017年4月19日，公司更名为“中国航发动力股份有限公司”。证券简称变更为“航发动力”。 目前的航发动力是我国大、中、小型军民用航空发动机，大型舰船用燃气轮机动力装置的生产研制和修理基地，集成了我国航空动力装置主机业务的几乎全部型谱，是国内生产能力最强、产品种类最全、规模最大的动力装置生产单位。承担着航空、航海、航天和国民经济建设领域众多装备任务，肩负着我国航空动力事业发展与振兴的历史重任。 坚持以航空为本，以军品和新机科研任务完成为重点，立足高起点，大力发展外贸航空零部件转包生产，拥有国内最完善的产业链和国际一流的生产加工技术，与美国GE、英国RR、法国SNECMA、加拿大普惠（PWC）等世界著名航空发动机制造企业建立了长期稳固的战略合作关系，并成为数家外国发动机制造公司的近百种零件的海外唯一供应商。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
