| Company Introduction | 华安证券股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）前身是1991年成立的安徽省证券公司，是安徽省第一家专营证券机构。2001年，在整合原安徽省证券公司、安徽证券交易中心证券类资产的基础上，成立了华安证券有限责任公司，是全国首批设立的综合类证券公司之一。此后，公司经历了综合治理和多次增资扩股，2012年整体变更为股份制公司。2016年12月6日，公司在上海证券交易所首次公开发行股票并上市（股票代码：600909）。 公司是华富基金的主发起人和第一大股东，全资拥有华安嘉业、华富瑞兴、华安期货、华安新兴和华安证券（香港），参股安徽股权服务公司和中证报价系统公司，搭建了集团化发展框架。 公司共有证券分支机构151家，期货分支机构13家，形成了“扎根安徽、深耕长三角、面向全国、对接亚太”的服务体系。截至2023年第三季度末，公司各项主营业务总体平稳。共实现营业收入27.20亿元、净利润9.59亿元。公司总资产781.03亿元，净资产207.40亿元，较上年末分别增长5.7%、3%。 “十三五”期间，公司坚持扬长补短，财富管理AUM从2015年末的1697亿增长至3221亿元，代理买卖证券业务净收入保持行业前30位次；科创板保荐家数并列行业第28名；资管业务净收入排名从2015年的56名提升至20名；私募股权基金实缴规模位居行业第18名。坚持均衡发展，投行、资管业务收入占比从2015年的4%提升到22%，经纪业务收入占比从2015年的68%下降到30%，轻、重资产业务收入占比各占50%左右，摆脱了对单一经纪业务的过度依赖，轻重并举盈利模式基本成型。坚持管理增效，构建集团矩阵管理架构，优化组织运行体系，构建零售、机构、产业三大业务集群，持续增强总部赋能，大力推进分、子公司管理改革，全面推行MD职级体系，不断完善市场化、竞争性的经营机制。2016-2020年，公司净利润排名行业第42、35、31、23、30位，ROE排名行业第53、44、33、9、20位。坚持稳中求进，量力而行开展重资产业务，确保规模与专业能力、风险管控能力相匹配，合法合规开展轻资产业务，各项业务发展稳健。 “十四五”期间，公司将坚守服务实体经济的初心，以“成就客户事业、助力员工成长、创造股东价值、发挥国企力量”为使命，践行“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念，聚焦零售客户的标准化需求、聚焦机构客户的专业化需求、聚焦产业客户的多元化需求，坚持“综合化布局、特色化突破”的经营方向，坚持“稳中求进、进中有新”的总基调和“轻重并举”盈利模式，以资本驱动、人才驱动、科技驱动、文化驱动为发展动力，打造服务新兴产业的创新型投行和服务大众的专业财富管理机构，全面进军行业前四分之一位次。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
