Company Introduction 爱柯迪股份有限公司，简称IKD，成立于2003年12月，坐落在现代化国际港口城市宁波，作为国内的汽车铝合金精密压铸件专业供应商，公司聚焦汽车轻量化、节能环保；新能源、电动化、自动驾驶方向。坚持“一切为了满足客户的需求”的经营理念，大力推进新制造（精益化、自动化、无人化、智能化、数字化工厂的统合建设）；严守契约精神，积极参与客户产品 的先期设计和同步开发，为全球汽车市场提供有关汽车轻量化铝合金产品解决方案；追求卓越的 管理技术、制造技术，并向“零缺陷”挑战；追求卓越运营及快速反应的品牌战略；追求拥有充 足的现金流经营；追求高标准的安全、环保管控；履行社会责任，实现长期稳定发展。 公司的发展战略要求“生产贴近客户”，通过在客户的集聚地设立生产基地，为客户以更低的成本提供高品质的产品。公司于2014年9月在墨西哥注册成立子公司IKD Mexico，启动建立海外生产基地的探索。未来，公司将借助爱柯迪的品牌形象，以及多年来积累的销售渠道、客户资源，通过满足客户对供应商战略布局的要求，为客户降低采购成本，逐步提高客户服务效率，进一步巩固和发展与客户的战略合作关系。 公司拥有经验丰富的专业技术团队，在熟练掌握核心技术的基础上，通过与全球知名大型零部件供应商多年的产品合作开发和技术交流，自主研发和技术创新能力进一步提升。公司已拥有多项核心生产工艺及技术并应用在生产制造的各项工艺流程中，如节能环保熔炼及保温技术、多段压射实时反馈控制技术、高真空压铸技术、局部挤压压铸技术、模温控制、气雾喷涂技术、薄壁加工、自动化集成及在线检测等众多国内外的技术。 多年来，公司严格按照ISO/TS-16949的质量控制标准实施质量控制，多次通过国际认证机构SGS的质量控制体系认证，持续保持质量体系的有效运行；并取得ISO14001环境管理体系认证。 在激烈的市场竞争中，公司一直秉承“一切为了客户的需求，全员参与，追求卓越，助人发展，在盈利中成长”的核心经营理念，开拓进取，谋求共赢，共同成长。未来，公司将以技术研发为驱动力，以新产品开发为导向，创新工艺水平，提升制造技术，保持在行业的优势地位，积极进行全球化布局，向标准化、智能化、模块化方向拓展，打造国际汽车零部件供应商。
