Company Introduction 公司系根据贵州省委、贵州省人民政府相关要求，为整合贵州省广播电视网络资源，由贵州有线广播电视信息网络中心等五家单位于2008年3月共同发起设立的股份公司，是贵州省唯一的有线广电网络运营商。公司成立后，对贵州省广电网络资产、人员进行了全面整合，建立了省、市、县三级贯通的网络体系和运营管理体系，完成数字电视整体转换，实现服务平台IP化，并启动高清双向业务试点。2012年，基本完成县级以上城市网络的双向化改造，着力推动有线网向有线、无线和卫星综合覆盖应用的广电网转型发展。2013年，引入了茅台集团、中化集团和歌华有线等6家外部投资者，优化了股权结构，以“国有多元”的资本构成推动企业治理的规范化，有效提升企业决策、管理效率。2014年，大力推进广播电视技术和大数据、云计算、移动互联网等IT技术融合，推动传统媒体和新兴媒体融合，助推公司由广电网向融合网转型升级。公司被中宣部、文化部、广电总局等评选为“全国文化体制改革先进企业（单位）”，是“国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业”。公司主要从事广电网络的建设运营，业务区域覆盖贵州省全境。截至2016年6月30日，公司向省内用户提供152套标清数字电视节目、47套高清电视节目，有线电视用户约489万户，其中高清业务用户约155万户。公司已开展视音频直播、高清双向互动点播、数据专网、宽带接入等三网融合业务，并引入互联网思维，大力开发多屏互动及“无线城市”、“食品安全云”和“智能交通云”等大数据应用项目，构建新型广电网络商业模式。公司重视技术研发工作，通过多年的研发投入，先后掌握网络优化关键技术、内容集成运营平台技术、三网融合TV综合门户技术等核心技术。公司开发的“电视综合门户系统”被广电总局评选为“2012年度科技创新奖一等奖”。截至2016年6月末，公司已取得61项专利、22项软件著作权，被评为贵州省“创新型企业”。最近三年，公司收入规模及盈利能力快速增长。主营业务收入由2013年度的146,949.53万元增长到2015年度的209,622.11万元，净利润由2013年度的21,912.74万元增长到2015年度的41,540.78万元。
