Company Introduction 公司是原宁波港股份有限公司收购舟山港股份有限公司后，于2016年9月28日更名成立的。 公司作为浙江省沿海港口的运营主体，主要负责宁波舟山港、温州港、嘉兴港、台州港及义乌陆港的港口运营管理，经营范围主要包括集装箱、铁矿、原油、煤炭、液化品、件杂货等货物装卸业务，并提供拖轮助泊、码头租赁、船舶代理及物流等与港口生产有关的全方位、综合性服务。 2022年，公司完成货物吞吐量10.4亿吨，同比增长3.7%；完成集装箱吞吐量4073万标箱，同比增长7.3%，为宁波舟山港货物吞吐量连续14年保持全球港口第一，集装箱吞吐量连续五年位列全球港口第三发挥了主力军、主战场作用。据公司2022年度报告显示，公司总资产达1088.8亿元，营业总收入257.04亿元，利润总额60.05亿元。截至2022年12月31日，公司总股本为194.54亿股、总市值约678亿元，总股本在浙江省656家上市公司中排第2位，在18家港口上市公司中排第2位。 近年来，公司先后获得中国企业500强、中国上市公司最具投资价值100强、中国最具创新力企业、中国优秀诚信企业、中国港口行业十大影响力品牌、中国十大最让人满意港口、全国“五一”劳动奖状、全国文明单位、全国交通运输企事业法治先进单位、全国交通运输党建文化建设优秀单位、新时代企业文化优秀单位、国家多式联运示范工程、新财富最佳上市公司等荣誉称号，并成功入围世界集装箱“五佳港口”（中国大陆唯一入围港口）。 展望未来，公司将以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神，牢记习近平总书记殷切嘱托，以“四个一流”为核心，持续构建“四梁八柱”，深入推进“四化”管理，不断强化“三个导向”，以“提质提效”为主线，把握系统化、数字化、合规化“三个关键”，提升竞争力、创新力和综合实力，实现质量更高、效益更好、规模更大的发展，为推进“双一流”建设贡献硬核力量。
