Company Introduction 江苏林洋能源股份有限公司成立于1995年，是一家在上海主板上市的国家级高新技术企业。公司业务涵盖智能、储能、新能源三大领域：包含智能配用电产品及解决方案，电化学储能产品及系统集成解决方案，N型高效光伏电池及组件制造，投资、建设、运营光伏电站，光伏EPC和运维及增值服务等。经过二十几载不断耕耘，林洋能源已成为智慧能源领域极具竞争力企业之一。 截至2023年6月，公司累计开发、建设光伏电站超5GW，储备光伏项目超4GW，光伏运维规模超10GW；储能业务项目储备超5GWh；林洋智慧能效管理云平台已接入大型工商业用户数达5300家，在线运行的能效采集终端达48,200台，平台管理的用户年用电量达100亿kWh；营销网络覆盖全国，遍布世界五大洲，运行在全球各地电网系统的林洋品牌电表及电力终端超过1.5亿台。 公司技术实力雄厚，在江苏启东、上海、南京、新加坡等国家和地区设有研发中心，拥有研发人员500多名。公司建立了“国家认定企业技术中心”、“CNAS认定电能表检测与校准实验室”、“国家博士后科研工作站”、“江苏省电力电子应用工程技术研究中心”、“江苏省能源互联网工程研究中心”等科研中心，并与国内外众多著名院校、科研机构进行产学研合作。目前，林洋能源及子公司获得专利授权超200项。 20多年来，公司坚持奉行“市场第一，客户至上，创新发展”的经营宗旨，不断进行市场开拓。目前，营销网络已覆盖全球30多个国家和地区，品牌知名度不断提升。近年来，公司与国家电网、南方电网、国家电投、华能集团、中广核集团、瑞士兰吉尔集团、沙特ECC等多家国内外知名企业达成战略合作，实现互利共赢，拓展更加广阔的市场。 在双碳目标推动构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的历史性机遇下，林洋能源将依托自身多年在电力、能源领域的业务布局和经验积累，聚焦于能源物联网感知及通信技术、高效太阳能发电系统、高性能锂离子电池储能系统，加大GW级能源基地项目储备，大力推进整县光伏开发试点示范项目，全力拓展储能业务，积极布局氢能新业务，为合作伙伴提供更优质的绿色智慧能源产品和解决方案，助力国家早日实现“碳达峰”、“碳中和”！ 公司以“打造绿色环境，创造美好生活”为使命，本着“永无止境、永攀新高、永不言败”的奋斗精神，不断创新，高效经营。在持续的市场挑战和竞争浪潮中，公司将不断发掘自身优势，有效整合资源，提升竞争力。公司将持续加大核心技术研发投入，不断探索电力能源领域创新技术和商业模式，致力于成为“全球智能电网、新能源、储能领域一流的产品和运营服务商”。
