| Company Introduction | 中国人保控股公司的前身是原中国人民保险公司，1949年10月20日经中华人民共和国政务院批准成立。注册资本155亿元人民币。2003年7月，中国人民保险公司重组改制为中国人保控股公司，并独家发起设立了中国内地最大的非寿险公司--中国人民财产保险股份有限公司和首家保险资产管理公司--中国人保资产管理有限公司，在香港设立了中国人民保险（香港）有限公司，在伦敦、纽约设有代表处。07年6月26日中国人保控股公司今天在京举行复名揭牌仪式，正式恢复使用中国人民保险集团公司的名称。中国人保集团先后使用过“中国人民保险公司”、“中国人民保险（集团）公司”、“中国人保控股公司”等名称。 中保财产保险有限公司于1996年8月22日在国家工商总局注册成立时，注册资本为20亿元，股权全部由中国人民保险（集团）公司持有。 2009年6月23日，财政部和保监会联合作出《关于中国人民保险集团公司整体改制的批复》，同意中国人民保险集团公司整体改制变更为中国人民保险集团股份有限公司，发起人为财政部。2009年9月27日，保监会作出《关于中国人民保险集团公司改制增资有关事项的批复》（保监发改〔2009〕1009号），同意中国人民保险集团公司整体改制变更为中国人民保险集团股份有限公司，注册资本变更为306亿元。2009年9月28日，本公司获得国家工商总局换发的《企业法人营业执照》，变更后的注册资本为306亿元。 2013年5月10日，本公司获得国家工商总局换发的《企业法人营业执照》，变更后的注册资本为42,423,990,583元。 本集团拥有人保财险、人保寿险、人保健康、人保再保险、人保香港和人保养老，经营保险业务。其中，人保财险在中国境内主要经营财产险业务，人保寿险和人保健康经营寿险和健康险业务，人保再保险经营再保险业务，人保香港在中国香港经营财产险业务，人保养老开展企业年金、职业年金等业务。同时，本集团拥有人保资产、人保投控及人保资本，经营资产管理业务。其中，人保资产对本集团内大部分保险资金进行集中化和专业化运用管理，人保投控开展以不动产投资为核心的专业化投资，人保资本开展债权投资和股权投资等另类投资业务。此外，本集团拥有以人保金服为代表的专业化金融科技业务，并拥有中盛国际，开展保险经纪业务。本集团还在银行、信托等非保险金融领域进行了战略布局。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
