Company Introduction 长飞有限系由武汉光通信、武汉信托与荷兰飞利浦于1988年5月31日依法设立的有限责任公司。1987年9月24日，原中华人民共和国国家计划委员会向长飞有限核发了《关于武汉光纤光缆生产线项目改变隶属关系问题的批复》(计交(贸)[1987]1673号)。1988年3月5日，武汉光通信、武汉信托与荷兰飞利浦签署了《合资经营合同》及《长飞光纤光缆有限公司章程》。1988年5月31日，国家工商局核发《核准登记通知书》((88)工商企合字第68号)。长飞有限于2013年8月27日、2013年12月16日分别召开董事会会议，决议通过关于长飞有限整体变更为股份有限公司相关事宜。2013年12月16日长飞有限全体股东签署《发起人协议》，决定长飞有限整体变更设立为股份有限公司。2013年12月19日，长飞光纤召开创立大会，审议通过了整体变更发起设立为股份有限公司的相关议案并签署了《公司章程》。2013年12月27日，长飞光纤取得了武汉市工商局核发的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号为420100400008486）。 长飞光纤一直专注于光纤光缆行业，致力于光纤预制棒、光纤和光缆等相关产品的研发创新与生产制造，是全球最大的光纤预制棒、光纤和光缆的供应商。公司主要从事研究、开发、生产和销售光纤预制棒、光纤、光缆、通信线缆、特种线缆及器件、附件、组件和材料，专用设备以及通信产品的制造，提供上述产品的工程及技术服务的业务。光纤预制棒、光纤和光缆是光纤光缆行业的主要产品。公司形成了棒纤缆一体化的完整产业链和自产与外购相结合的业务模式，通过完备的光纤及光缆产品组合，公司为全球通信行业及包括公用事业、运输、石油化工及医疗等其他行业提供多样化的光纤光缆产品及相关解决方案，服务全球多个国家和地区。
