Company Introduction 海南矿业股份有限公司主营业务为铁矿石采、选和销售,其所属的石碌铁矿具有50年的开采历史,以富铁矿石储量大、品位高而著称,是我国著名的富铁矿生产基地,被誉为"亚洲第一富铁矿".矿区累计探明铁矿石平均品位46.80%,最高品位68.54%.矿区还赋存氧化铜矿、硫化钴矿等多种矿产资源.主要产品有高炉块矿(甲块、乙块)、铁精矿、粉矿和氯化钴、电积铜等.根据中国钢铁工业协会经济运行月报的统计结果，本公司2011、2012和2013年，经济效益综合指数排名均为第一名。公司近年来获得了一系列荣誉，具体包括：2010年2月，本公司获海南省人民政府“2009年度海南省安全生产工作先进集体”称号；2010年5月，本公司获海南省工业经济联合会、中国新型工业化促进会、中国工业报社、企业改革与管理杂志社“海南省工业经济发展十大功勋企业”称号；2012年3月公司所属石碌铁矿获评国土资源部“国家级绿色矿山试点单位”；2012年4月，本公司获国土资源部“矿产资源节约与综合利用专项优秀矿山企业”称号；2012年5月，本公司被评为第六届“海南省优秀企业”；2013年4月，本公司获国土资源部“矿产资源节约与综合利用先进适用技术推广应用示范矿山”称号；2013年8月，本公司获“首届全国践行生态文明优秀企业”称号。
