Company Introduction 公司起源于陈星海先生1935年创办的“西南酒家”，1939年重建后取意“食在广州”而改名为“广州大酒家”（后称“广州酒家”），迄今已有80多年的历史，是一家“中华老字号”企业，最初以经营传统粤菜驰名，素有“食在广州第一家”之美誉，并以“粤菜烹饪技艺”入选广州市第四批市级非物质文化遗产名录。公司上世纪90年代初组建企业集团，并逐步开始发展连锁经营模式。二十多年来，公司充分发挥品牌优势，目前已发展为深具岭南特色的大型食品制造及餐饮服务集团，主营业务为以月饼、速冻食品等为主导产品的食品制造，以及以提供粤菜和广式点心为主的餐饮服务。 食品制造方面，公司全资子公司-利口福公司拥有大型食品生产基地，已通过ISO9001、ISO22000、HACCP、绿色食品等认证，并成立了专业的技术研发和食品检测中心，参与起草了国家标准-月饼GB19855。利口福公司主要生产月饼、速冻食品、腊味、面包西点等系列160多个品种食品，其生产的月饼、腊味、鸡仔饼、老婆饼被评为广州旅游土特产品系列的十大手信。公司生产的月饼经中国食品工业协会面包糕饼专业委员会认定多年产销量位居全国三甲。利口福公司生产的月饼曾荣获“中国名牌产品”、“中国月饼第一家”、“全国餐饮烘焙业十佳月饼”、“中国烘焙最具竞争力十大品牌”、“国饼十佳”、“广式月饼传承代表”、“2016年中国焙烤食品产业领军企业”等众多荣誉称号。截至目前，公司下属公司拥有114家饼屋直营店，44家饼屋加盟店。 同时，公司作为提供传统粤菜餐饮服务的老字号酒家，“广州酒家”品牌在餐饮业消费群体中具有很高的认知度。公司拥有的“广州酒家”商标被国家工商行政管理总局商标局认定为中国驰名商标，先后荣获“中华老字号”、“国际餐饮名店”、“国际中餐名店”、“中华餐饮名店”、“全国十佳酒家”、“中国餐饮百强企业”、“中国餐饮业著名品牌”、“全国十佳中华老字号餐饮品牌”、“中国十大餐饮品牌企业”、“‘食在广州’品牌代表店”、“中国饭店业粤菜创新知名品牌”、“中国粤菜名店”等多项荣誉称号。在历届世界性、全国性及地区性的烹饪大赛中，公司屡获大奖；公司文昌店、滨江西店、体育东店、黄埔店被评为“国家特级酒家”。截至目前，公司拥有15家餐饮直营店（其中3家为国家特级酒家）、1家餐饮参股经营店（国家特级酒家）、1家餐饮加盟店。
