Company Introduction 2006年6月，杜从云、谢卫华及华东所实验工厂共同签署《上海华培动力科技有限公司章程》，同意共同出资设立华培有限，注册资本为100万元。2006年6月19日，上海正则会计师事务所有限公司出具了沪正会验字（2005）492号《验资报告》，2006年6月22日，上海市工商行政管理局宝山分局向华培有限核发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：3101132035642）。 吴怀磊、吴佳、唐全荣、王立普、谢卫华、黄晓虹、Huang Xiaodong、帕佛儿投资、磊佳投资于2016年7月29日签订《上海华培动力科技有限公司合资经营合同》，约定各方共同投资举办合资经营企业。2016年9月13日，上海市人民政府核发了《中华人民共和国外商投资企业批准证书》（商外资沪合资字[2016]2068号）。 2016年9月22日，上海市工商行政管理局核准了事项，并发放新的《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：913101187895655347），公司类型变更为有限责任公司（中外合资）。 2016年11月14日，吴怀磊、吴佳、唐全荣、王立普、谢卫华、黄晓虹、Huang Xiaodong、帕佛儿投资、磊佳投资签订了《关于设立上海华培动力科技股份有限公司之发起人协议》，约定由各股东作为发起人，将华培有限变更为股份公司。2016年11月30日，立信会计师出具了信会师报字[2016]第116690号《验资报告》，2016年12月8日，公司取得上海市青浦区经济委员会的《外商投资企业变更备案回执》（沪青外资备201600137）。2016年12月16日，上海市工商行政管理局核准了上述事项，并发放新的《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：913101187895655347）。 公司一直致力于汽车零部件行业，主要从事涡轮增压器关键零部件的研发、生产及销售，主要产品为放气阀组件、涡轮壳和中间壳及其他零部件等，其中，放气阀组件主要由盖板、连接板及衬套等组成。 公司致力于为汽车零部件供应商提供优质的关键零部件产品，公司依赖多年积累的技术优势、管理优势和客户优势，建立了稳定的采购、生产及销售模式，尤其在涡轮增压器类零部件产品领域形成了较强的行业竞争力。目前，公司已成为全球涡轮增压器关键零部件的专业供应商之一。
