Company Introduction 公司主营业务为胎圈钢丝、钢帘线以及胶管钢丝的研发、生产和销售，产品主要应用于乘用车轮胎、载重轮胎、工程轮胎以及航空轮胎等各种轮胎制品。 经过多年发展，公司凭借突出的技术研发能力和制造工艺水平，已经确立了自己在橡胶骨架材料行业中的市场地位，发展成为目前国内规模最大的胎圈钢丝制造企业。公司现有客户包括中策橡胶、风神股份、赛轮金宇、双星轮胎、三角轮胎等国内知名轮胎生产商以及住友橡胶、普利司通、固铂轮胎、韩泰轮胎、锦湖轮胎等国际知名轮胎生产商，初步形成了内外销同步发展的业务格局。公司拥有的“大业”注册商标被认定为中国驰名商标，“大业”牌胎圈钢丝被评为山东省名牌产品、中国橡胶工业推荐品牌产品。 公司是中国橡胶工业协会副会长单位，也是中国橡胶工业协会骨架材料专业委员会副理事长单位。公司是高新技术企业，是《胎圈用钢丝》国家标准主要承担制定单位。2011年，公司研发的“万吨/年子午线轮胎专用超高强度胎圈钢丝产业化技术”获中石油和化学工业联合会科技进步二等奖；2012年，公司“子午线轮胎专用高性能胎圈钢丝产业化项目”列入国家火炬计划产业化示范项目；2013年，公司被评为“国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业”；2014年，公司被全国钢标准化技术委员会列为“橡胶骨架材料标准研发基地”；2016年，公司获批设立山东省博士后创新实践基地。 公司注重技术创新、产品研发和人才培养，公司的技术中心被认定为山东省企业技术中心、潍坊市企业重点实验室；2014年，公司被中国石油和化学工业联合会认定为全国石油和化工行业高性能轮胎胎圈钢丝工程研究中心，并经全国钢标准化技术委员会同意建立了“国家橡胶骨架材料标准研发基地”，负责橡胶骨架材料标准研发工作。目前，公司持有1项发明专利、79项实用新型专利。公司现有的“大业”商标被国家工商总局商标局认定为中国驰名商标。公司在坚持自主创新的同时，重视与有关高校及科研院所的合作，积极借助外部研发机构的力量，与复旦科技园签订技术服务协议，与上海交大技术转移中心、上海理工大学、宝钢集团中央研究院设备研究所等建立了产学研合作模式，进一步提升了公司的技术创新能力。 公司高度重视产品制造过程的质量管理，通过了ISO9001:2008和ISO/TS16949:2009的质量体系认证，依靠持续改善质量管理体系来确保产品质量的稳定性，先后获得通用科技、固铂轮胎“优秀合作供应商”、“优秀供应商”以及中国橡胶工业协会“中国橡胶工业优势品牌奖”、“中国橡胶工业推荐品牌”等荣誉称号。
