Company Introduction 青岛鼎信通讯股份有限公司2008年3月在青岛市市南区成立，注册资本6.52亿元，2016年10月在上海证交所挂牌上市（股票代码603421），是青岛第一家在上海主板上市的民营高新技术企业。 鼎信通讯始终坚持“以客户为中心”，以客户驱动和技术驱动构筑核心竞争力，构建以IPD为基础的技术开发体系，拥有完全自主知识产权的国产工业级系列芯片，通过工业级应用芯片化和自主结构设计，实现全产业链自动化制造，打造“三年零不良，寿命十六年”的质量保障体系，积极投入在以“中国芯”为核心的“泛在物联网、综合能效管理、电力信息通信、电弧故障保护、智慧消防”等产业领域。 鼎信通讯具有深厚技术储备与完善产品体系，专注于电力线载波通信技术和总线通信技术的基础理论研究，基于行业领先的综合解决方案，转化为“软件+硬件+服务”相结合的终端产品，主要应用于国家智能电网的用电信息采集系统，在电力深化应用与信息系统建设方面具有丰厚经验。依托对智能电网的深度理解，聚焦客户关注的挑战与压力，在低压用电领域横向扩张，纵向打通，持续开展中压载波、配电网自动化、电能质量、10kV充电站、电弧故障保护等技术的研发，积极拓展技术应用新领域，是电力行业优质供应商。 公司拥有集成电路设计、现场通信、电子技术及系统等自主知识产权200余项，参与国家级电力、消防行业相关标准的制定12项，获得国家、省、市级科学技术进步奖3项，是国家级高新技术企业、国家规划布局内重点软件企业、国家瞪羚企业、山东省企业技术中心、山东省技术创新示范企业、山东省守合同重信用单位、青岛市工程研究中心、青岛市工程技术研究中心、青岛市科技创新型企业、青岛专精特新示范企业，拥有计算机系统集成二级资质、信息安全服务三级资质、CCC认证、测量管理体系认证、ISO9001认证、ISO14001认证、OHSAS18001认证、CNAS认证等。“TOPSCOMM”品牌获得山东省服务名牌称号，“集中器”、“载波芯片软件”等被认定为山东名牌产品。董事长王建华获得“泰山产业领军人才”荣誉称号。 公司总部位于青岛市南区软件园，在高新区自建36万平方米的高科技产业园，其中自主设计、建设了35千伏变电站和12MW太阳能发电，并积极响应国家“削峰填谷”的政策，采用冷热水蓄能节能系统为产业园供冷、供热，比常规工厂整体节能50%以上。产业园内自主研发并设计全自动生产线，通过信息化系统集成，建设工厂管理系统WIS平台，运用CCD视觉识别系统与机器人配合实现“互联网+制造”的智能制造，具备工业化、自动化、信息化、智能化的设计、生产、制造能力，全力打造电力电子和消防行业领先的“智慧工厂”。 鼎信通讯秉承“坚持原则，实事求是，以客户为中心，以奋斗者为本，坚持自我批判”的核心价值观，不断提高自身创新能力，为实现“成为配用电领域的引领者”的企业愿景不懈奋斗。
