Company Introduction 中曼石油天然气集团股份有限公司（简称中曼石油或中曼集团，英文缩写ZPEC）成立于2003年，总部位于中国（上海）自由贸易试验区临港新片区，是一家专注于石油、天然气领域的国际知名综合性油气公司。公司自2011年起实施“走出去”国际化战略，深耕“一带一路”国家，提供油气工程服务和石油装备产品，海外业务规模保持快速增长。 2017年11月17日，中曼石油在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，成功登陆A股资本市场（股票代码∶603619），上市以来，公司积极向油气上游拓展，目前已成功实现向油气资源型企业的战略转型。 中曼石油是上海市高新技术企业，拥有各类发明专利、实用新型专利和软件著作权共计326项。主要经营石油天然气勘探开发、油气工程技术服务、高端油气装备制造等业务，同时积极拓展相关的高技术、高附加值业务，具有上下游一体化优势。按照规划，公司2022年将形成从“油气勘探开发→原油销售→工程服务→油气高端装备制造”涵盖上下游的完整产业链。
