| Company Introduction | 安徽省天然气开发股份有限公司（简称“皖天然气”）是安徽省能源集团有限公司控股的国有能源企业。公司前身为成立于2003年的安徽省天然气开发有限责任公司，是安徽省政府批准的天然气管道运营商。公司于2012年12月整体变更为股份制公司，注册股本为3.36亿元人民币，2017年1月在上交所主板上市，股票代码为603689。 公司经营范围为：建设、经营和管理全省天然气支干线管网；参与城市天然气管网开发建设和经营管理；代表安徽省向上游购买天然气资源，向城市管网和大用户销售天然气；开发天然气、煤层气及其它能源应用和相关项目，包括液化气（LNG）、压缩天然气（CNG）、天然气汽车加气站；从事其它与上述业务相关或辅助的业务。 皖天然气是安徽省内以天然气长输管网建设运营为核心、集下游分销业务于一体的大型综合天然气供应商。2021年，公司实现营业收入49.37亿元，利润总额2.75亿元。截至目前，公司建成天然气长输管线1512公里，覆盖全省16个地级市，其中40个县通上管道天然气，实现“西气”和“川气”在省内的互联互通。在全省设立了13家城网子公司，为属地居民生活用气和工商业用户用气提供保障。 “十四五”期间，公司将进一步健全覆盖全省的管网输配系统，形成“南北互通、川西气互供”的安全供气格局，力争实现“气化安徽”的目标。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
