Company Introduction 本公司前身江苏新洛凯机电有限公司成立于2010年9月30日。经2015年5月25日新洛凯有限临时股东会决议和2015年6月16日公司创立大会决议批准，由新洛凯有限原有股东作为发起人，以截至2015年3月31日经瑞华会计师审计的净资产245,849,640.74元为基础，其中120,000,000元折合股本120,000,000股，每股面值1元，其余125,849,640.74元计入资本公积，新洛凯有限整体变更为股份有限公司，变更后的名称为“江苏洛凯机电股份有限公司”。2015年6月1日，瑞华会计师出具瑞华验字[2015]01280010号《关于江苏洛凯机电股份有限公司（筹）验资报告》。2015年6月29日，常州市工商行政管理局向公司核发了注册号为320483000284734的《营业执照》。 公司主营业务为断路器关键部件、附件、零部件及其他输配电开关设备配套产品的研发、生产和销售。公司产品主要用于电力系统的配电设施，主要产品包括低压及中高压断路器框（抽）架和操作机构。公司自成立以来，主营业务未发生重大变化。
