Company Introduction 2016年2月13日，好太太有限股东会通过决议，公司整体变更为股份有限公司，全体股东于2016年2月28日签订《广东好太太科技集团股份有限公司发起人协议》。本次变更以截至2015年12月31日好太太有限经正中珠江（2016年1月28日出具的广会审字[2016]G15044190011号《审计报告》）审计后的净资产值46,711.44万元为基数，折合成总股本为36,000.00万股，每股面值1.00元，净资产值超过股本部分的10,711.44万元转为资本公积。2016年2月16日，中广信出具中广信评报字[2016]第053号《评估报告书》，对好太太有限拟变更设立股份公司所涉及的资产和负债的市场价值进行了评估，评估后的净资产值为54,467.03万元。2016年2月28日，正中珠江出具了《验资报告》（广会验字[2016]G15044190055号），对此次整体变更全体股东的出资情况进行了审验。2016年2月28日，公司召开了创立大会暨2016年第一次股东大会。2016年3月8日，公司在广州市工商行政管理局完成了本次变更登记，领取了统一社会信用代码为91440101770197284B的《营业执照》。公司主要从事晾衣架等家居产品的研发、生产及销售，是引领中国晾衣架行业发展方向的领军企业。公司主要产品为不同功能的晾衣架和其他家居产品，主要产品按功能具体分为手摇晾衣架、智能晾衣机、落地晾衣架和外飘晾衣架四大系列晾衣架产品，以及包括智能家居产品在内的家居生活用品。近年来，基于“研制最好的产品，提供最好的服务，树立最好的品牌”的竞争理念，公司通过把最新的晾衣设备和晾晒方式介绍给市场，引领了消费者晾衣习惯的变化。公司践行专业化、科技化的设计理念，以完善和提高产品质量为宗旨，坚持原创设计，致力于为消费者打造一个轻松、高效和舒适的晾衣环境。公司的产品主要定位于中高端消费人群，产品体系丰富，价格区间广泛，从单一晾晒功能的手摇、外飘及落地系列到具有照明、消毒、风干、烘干、声控及自动升降等功能的智能电动系列，品类齐全，能够满足不同客户的个性化需求，顺应了市场的发展趋势。
