Company Introduction 公司秉承“相信科学、发展实业、顾全团体、服务社会”的经营宗旨，本着“以符合产品价值的价格向市场提供高品质、高性能的产品”的指导思想，充分利用现有产品生产技术、产品质量的各项竞争优势，加大技术研发投入和装备投入，进一步降低成本和扩大生产规模，提高产品竞争力，使公司发展成为国内有影响力的精细化学品的研发和生产基地。经过多年的技术开发和客户积累，公司已成为国内领先、品种齐全的低碳脂肪胺生产企业之一。 公司是国家级高新技术企业、国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、国家知识产权示范企业、中国化工行业技术创新示范企业、中国产学研合作创新奖和创新成果奖企业、浙江省创新型示范企业。公司是全国化学标准化技术委员会有机化工分技术委员会低碳脂肪胺工作组组长单位，是低碳脂肪胺六项国家标准、七项行业标准和两项浙江制造标准的主起草单位，具有较为突出的行业地位和研究开发、技术创新能力，引领低碳脂肪胺行业的发展方向。 公司具有较强的技术创新能力，建有浙江省低碳脂肪胺工程技术研究中心和省级有机胺高新技术研究开发中心，其中浙江省低碳脂肪胺工程技术研究中心旨在提高我国低碳脂肪胺行业的技术水平和国际市场竞争力。公司拥有大型科研场地和较先进的低碳脂肪胺研究和分析检测设备，拥有国内技术较为领先的低碳脂肪胺研究开发人员，具有较强的技术开发和成果转化能力。此外，公司还建有浙江省企业技术中心和浙江省建业化工研究院，与浙江大学、华东理工大学、大连理工大学、江南大学、中国科学院大连化学物理研究所等有深度合作。 公司通过自主研发、合作开发、委托开发等方式，掌握了公司核心产品的关键性技术，技术水平在行业内处于较为领先的地位，取得了多项核心专利。截至本招股意向书签署之日，公司共获得发明专利37 项、实用新型专利1 项，其中，“一种制备正丙胺的催化剂及其制备方法和应用（专利号200510061486.0）”获中国专利优秀奖。公司“低碳脂肪胺连续化生产的关键技术研究与开发”成果经鉴定达到国际先进水平，“连续化低碳脂肪胺生产技术”获浙江省科学技术一等奖，“歧化合成工艺三乙胺”获浙江省新产品新技术一等奖，“歧化反应二异丙胺”获浙江省化学工业科技技术一等奖，“醋酸酯兼容式生产关键技术及产业化”等六个项目获科技部国家火炬计划产业化示范项目证书。公司低碳脂肪胺为国家重点新产品，三乙胺、一正丁胺产品和一异丙胺产品获浙江制造认证证书，环保增塑剂为浙江省重点高新技术产品，充分体现了公司的技术优势。 公司以优质产品为依托，经过二十多年的发展，积累了良好的客户基础与口碑，公司品牌已经在低碳脂肪胺、增塑剂等市场形成了广泛的影响力。公司商标被认定中国驰名商标、浙江省著名商标。
