Company Introduction 宁波世茂能源股份有限公司位于杭州湾地区余姚滨海新城，为当地唯一的区域性热电联产企业向中意宁波生态园及周边电镀、食品园区提供集中供热。现有2台75t/h（吨/时）循环流化床燃煤锅炉，3台500t/d（吨/天）机械炉排式垃圾焚烧炉，1台12兆瓦背压式汽轮发电机组、1台6兆瓦背压式汽轮发电机组及1台12兆瓦抽凝式发电机组，设计日处理垃圾能力1,500吨，总装机容量为30兆瓦。公司以“提供清洁、高效、稳定、可靠的综合能源服务”为宗旨，把余姚市生活垃圾无害化、资源化、减量化处理作为首要任务，通过焚烧处置将生活垃圾转变为清洁能源，实现资源的循环利用。 公司坚持以技术研发和自主创新为主导，建立了成熟的技术研发体系，并培养了行业内经验丰富的技术团队。公司主要管理人员和技术人员自公司创立以来一直服务于公司，在这十余年里，积累了丰富的垃圾焚烧、燃煤热电联产行业管理经验，建立了一套科学的系统化技术标准和运营模式。公司目前拥有多项专利，包括调整现有垃圾处理技术、燃煤热电联产技术等，以提高供电供汽运作效率，并在环保和节能方面形成了自己的优势。公司为国内较早进入生活垃圾焚烧热电联产领域的企业之一，在行业内积累了丰富的经验及具备较为完备的技术和人才储备。公司曾荣获“宁波节能先进单位”、“余姚市企业工程（技术）中心”等称号，并通过了“清洁生产”、“资源综合利用认定”等审核。此外，公司积极参与产学研合作，与浙江大学共建科技合作工作站，积极与同行业公司开展技术交流，不断提高本公司的生产技术水平，保持在行业内的技术领先优势。 公司的生活垃圾焚烧热电联产业务受到国家政策鼓励，根据国家发改委和国家能源局发布的《关于促进生物质能供热发展的指导意见》，国家鼓励稳步发展城镇生活垃圾焚烧热电联产，加快垃圾焚烧发电向热电联产转型升级。随着国家逐步重视垃圾焚烧热电联产，将出台一系列政策鼓励垃圾焚烧热电联产的产业化发展，公司未来垃圾焚烧热电联产将有较大的发展前景。 随着长三角地区一体化发展的深度推进、浙江“世界级大湾区”的规划建设，中意宁波生态园作为长三角南翼重要产业区和前湾新区的主要组成部分，将成为长三角地区和浙江省整体发展战略的重要支点。公司作为当地唯一的区域性热电联产企业向中意宁波生态园及周边电镀、食品园区提供集中供热业务，公司供热半径通常为10公里，供热辐射范围约300平方公里，在客户用汽需求量大及持续稳定的条件下，最远供热半径可达到15公里。
