Company Introduction 无锡新洁能股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）成立于2013年1月，注册资本为21,300万元，拥有新洁能香港、电基集成、金兰功率半导体、国硅集成电路四家子公司以及深圳分公司、宁波分公司。目前公司员工总共360余人，其中研发人员100余人。公司成立以来即专注于MOSFET、IGBT等半导体芯片和功率器件的研发、设计及销售，产品优质且系列齐全，广泛应用于消费电子、汽车电子、工业电子、新能源汽车及充电桩、智能装备制造、轨道交通、光伏新能源、5G等领域；未来随着云计算、大数据、智能电网、无人驾驶等领域的蓬勃发展，公司产品将在该等新兴领域发挥重要作用。 公司的主营业务为MOSFET、IGBT等半导体芯片和功率器件的研发、设计及销售，公司销售的产品按照是否封装可以分为芯片和封装成品。公司是专业化垂直分工厂商，芯片由公司设计方案后交由芯片代工企业进行代工生产，封装成品由公司委托外部封装测试企业对芯片进行封装测试而成。 公司为国内MOSFET等半导体功率器件设计领域领军企业，2016年以来连续五年名列“中国半导体功率器件十强企业”。公司已建立江苏省功率器件工程技术研究中心、江苏省企业研究生工作站、东南大学-无锡新洁能功率器件技术联合研发中心、江南大学-无锡新洁能功率器件技术联合研发中心。公司参与的“智能功率驱动芯片设计及制备的关键技术与应用”项目获得了2019年度江苏省科学技术一等奖，且获得2020年度国家级技术发明奖。截至目前，公司拥有183项专利，其中发明专利59项；同时公司参与在IEEE，TDMR等国际知名期刊中发表论文18篇，其中SCI收录论文11篇，同时公司连续两年荣列“福布斯中国最具创新力企业榜TOP50”。 无锡电基集成科技有限公司位于无锡市新吴区电腾路6号，于2017年03月21日成立，是无锡新洁能股份有限公司的全资子公司。公司注册资本27000万元，占地15272平方米，建筑面积为21467平方米，目前封装测试车间面积为8000平米，主要封装形式为SOT、TO系列、DFN产品封装。公司专注于高性能、高可靠性功率半导体分立器件和多芯片电源管理器件的封装和测试，主营业务为电力电子元器件、集成电路及半导体模块产品的设计、制造和销售。公司具有当前世界先进水平的半导体器件封装和测试生产线，主力设备全部从美国、日本、新加坡等国进口，自动化程度高，保证了产品的稳定性，为现代化大生产提供了坚实基础。
