Company Introduction 公司（股票简称：新中港；股票代码：605162）创建于1985年，是嵊州市重点骨干企业，主营业务为热力产品和电力产品的生产及供应。 公司采用背压热电联产的方式进行生产供应，该生产方式不但相比于传统凝汽发电厂、热电分产型企业，而且比抽凝式热电联产机组，更符合能源梯级利用的原则，彻底避免了大量冷凝端能源损失；又发挥新型循环流化床锅炉的环保优势，集中治理污染物排放，使能源得到高效、清洁利用。报告期新中港主营业务增长稳定，盈利能力良好，保持着行业内较高的毛利率。 公司通过打造以热定电的“高参数全背压机组配套新型循环流化床锅炉”的独特工艺，不断创新，在节约能源和清洁燃煤方面走在热电联产行业前列。 节约能源方面，公司通过多年持续的技术改造，创造了全国热电联产行业较低的能耗。与近8年（2012年-2019年）“全国6,000千瓦及以上电厂”、“浙江省6,000千瓦及以上火电厂”等行业统计数据相比，公司在供热标准煤耗明显低于或与行业统计数据基本持平的情况下，供电标准煤耗远低于行业统计数据；2008年公司被国家发改委节能技术推广中心选为全国最佳节能实践案例（第108例）并在全国推广；根据浙江省经信委、浙江省统计局的审核，2014年6月、2015年6月浙江日报发布了全省高能耗行业产品单耗红黑榜，公司连续两年被评为同行业（热电联产）红榜第一名（即能耗最低，近年一共仅公布过这两次）。作为同行业唯一一家“国家标准示范创建项目——热电联产能效提升节能标准化示范创建项目”，2020年6月，通过了中期验收。 清洁燃煤方面，公司经浙江省环保监测中心测试，2016年10月通过了由绍兴市环保局和绍兴市经信委组织的全厂超低排放（即按天然气发电机组排放标准）验收，是浙江省首个全厂通过超低排放验收的热电厂。公司的超低排放工艺路线已作为《浙江省燃煤电厂大气污染物排放标准》（DB33/2147-2018）编制说明中唯一的热电厂案例，是浙江省经信委等六部门下发的《浙江省地方燃煤热电联产行业综合改造升级行动计划》（浙经信电力〔2015〕371号）推荐的技术路线之一，是国家生态环境部发布的《燃煤电厂超低排放烟气治理工程技术规范》（HJ2053-2018）所述的炉内脱硫和炉后高效烟气循环流化床脱硫工艺相结合的典型超低排放技术路线。2019-2020年供电、供热碳排放强度远低于全国基准值。
