Company Introduction 公司是2002年3月在杭州经济技术开发区注册成立的专注于集成电路用半导体材料、半导体功率芯片、集成电路芯片设计、开发、制造、销售的高新技术企业，创始人为我国半导体材料学科开拓者阙端麟院士，法定代表人王敏文。 公司于2020年9月11日在上海证券交易所主板A股挂牌上市（证券简称：立昂微，证券代码：605358），目前注册资本为67,684.8359万元，拥有杭州、宁波、衢州、嘉兴、海宁五大经营基地，下辖杭州立昂东芯微电子有限公司、海宁立昂东芯微电子有限公司、浙江金瑞泓科技股份有限公司、金瑞泓科技（衢州）有限公司、金瑞泓微电子（衢州）有限公司、金瑞泓微电子（嘉兴）有限公司、杭州立昂半导体技术有限公司、衢州金瑞泓半导体科技有限公司八家子公司。公司建有浙江省重点企业研究院——“浙江省立昂微波射频集成电路企业研究院”、金瑞泓院士工作站、金瑞泓博士后企业工作站。
