Company Introduction 湖北均瑶大健康饮品股份有限公司（605388.SH，简称“均瑶健康”）创立于1994年6月，前身为均瑶集团乳业股份有限公司，是一家以常温乳酸菌饮品为主体，以功能性益生菌为核心突破的大健康科技创新企业。公司先后通过ISO9001国际质量体系、HACCP食品安全体系QS质量安全认证。2003年当选为中国乳制品工业协会副理事长单位，并被吸收为国际乳协正式会员。2020年8月18日，均瑶健康成功登陆A股资本市场，被誉为常温乳酸菌第一股。 2021年均瑶健康提出“二次创业”，以“掌握技术壁垒、达到国际领先、塑造核心竞争力”为战略布局，以“研-产-销产业链一体化”为目标，通过“技术挖掘+技术引入+产品研发”三业态协同布局，逐步构建从基础研究到工业化生产，再到终端销售的创新生态闭环，形成科技引领的核心竞争力，实现由“贸工技”到“技工贸”转型。 经过近2年的耕耘，均瑶健康与食品工程第一学府江南大学等高校达成深度战略合作，完成了国内领先的益生菌原料生产企业润盈生物重整，建立起菌株研究-原料生产-产业化应用及销售的“铁三角”。近20株明星专利菌株加持的饮品、菌粉、休闲食品等多种形态的益生菌产品广受消费者青睐，“选益生菌看专利名”概念深入消费群体。 在深化科技赋能的同时，均瑶健康以履行社会责任为己任，身体力行，使科研成果真正造福社会和人民。2020年初新冠疫情爆发，均瑶健康迅速行动起来，继协助集团全球购捐后，又捐赠价值6000万元的乳酸菌饮品至抗疫一线。在精准扶贫过程中，均瑶健康携手革命老区英山开发矿泉水产业，作为全国二十个矿产资源开发、资产收益扶贫改革试点项目之一，让当地优势资源发展成为优势产业，助力乡村振兴。2021年河南、湖北、山西先后遭遇洪涝灾害，为缓解受灾地区饮用水资源短缺的困境，预防食品、水源污染威胁受灾群众健康状况，均瑶健康第一时间向灾区就地捐赠价值2000万元的恩赐矿泉水、味动力乳酸菌饮品及UE君益生菌颗粒产品，并组织当地经销商开展就地救援。 目前，均瑶健康已长期绑定多款国际国内专利菌株，依托全球领先技术，用永恒的心永恒地创新，向“全球益生菌领导品牌”愿景迈进，打造国际化快消品百年老店，让世界共享健康。
