Company Introduction 公司是专业从事高性能数模混合集成电路及模拟集成电路研发设计、封装测试和销售的高新技术企业，主要产品及服务为智能传感器芯片、电源管理芯片和封装测试服务。公司在建立完善的集成电路设计技术体系的同时，拥有全流程集成电路封装测试服务能力，涵盖晶圆测试、芯片封装、成品测试等环节，为公司主营业务产品提供质量和产能保障，为公司持续快速发展奠定良好基础。公司秉承自主创新的理念，持续进行研发投入，主要产品的技术性能已达到国际先进水平，广泛应用于智能家居、智能手机、计算机、可穿戴设备、金融安全、工业控制和汽车电子等众多国民经济重要领域。 在智能传感器芯片领域，公司积累了“嵌入式集成磁传感器智能H桥驱动电路设计技术”、“基于主动式虚通道可编程参数配置的磁传感系统芯片架构技术”、“微功耗CMOS传感器信号处理技术”等核心技术，形成超过400款智能传感器芯片产品，实现了高可靠性、高精度、低噪声、超低功耗、集成化等关键技术突破。在电源管理芯片领域，公司积累了“高精度低纹波直流转换电路设计技术”、“宽幅高线性调光控制技术”、“自适应高精度恒定电流控制技术”等核心技术，形成超过150款电源管理芯片产品，在低功耗、过压过流过温保护、转换效率等方面建立了自身的技术优势。在封装测试领域，公司积累了“精准磁通量测试技术”、“高可靠性封装测试技术”等核心技术，尤其针对磁传感器芯片的特殊要求对封装测试设备进行自主研发定制改造，实现芯片产品封测的高良率及高可靠性。 公司研发知识成果丰厚，截至2021年6月30日，已取得境外专利16项（其中发明专利12项），境内专利62项（其中发明专利27项），集成电路布图设计专有权59项，软件著作权7项；发行人与上海大学建立了联合实验室，与中国科学院半导体研究所合作建立院士专家工作站，持续进行自主创新与技术升级。 公司技术实力得到广泛认可，系“工信部专精特新小巨人”、“上海市科技小巨人企业”、“上海市专精特新中小企业”、“上海市专利试点企业”和上海市集成电路行业协会理事单位，发行人“高性能磁传感器系统及芯片关键技术的研发和应用”课题于2020年荣获上海市科技进步奖二等奖。此外，发行人“双极锁存型霍尔开关电路”、“非隔离准谐振降压LED恒流驱动器”、“数字I2C通讯接口LCD屏幕偏压驱动器”、“数字一线通讯接口双路大电流LED闪光驱动器”和“H桥电机驱动器”产品为上海市高新技术转化项目。 凭借多年的研发积累、产品线纵深发展以及对客户需求的精准把握，发行人产品覆盖了众多国内外知名品牌客户，包括格力、美的、海尔等智能家居品牌，漫步者、JBL等可穿戴设备品牌，蚂蚁集团等金融安全品牌，海康威视等智能安防品牌，Danfoss、英威腾等工业设备品牌，小米、传音、三星、LG、OPPO、VIVO和联想等行业知名手机品牌以及闻泰、龙旗、华勤、中诺等智能硬件ODM企业。
