Company Introduction 德林海有限成立于2009年12月10日，系由云南德林海生物科技有限公司和胡明明两位股东共同以货币方式出资设立的有限责任公司。德林海有限设立时注册资本为100万元，注册登记机关为无锡市滨湖工商行政管理局，注册号为320211000154107。 2016年5月6日，德林海有限召开股东会，全体股东同意将德林海有限变更为德林海，变更基准日为2015年12月31日，由公司全体9名股东作为发起人，以公司经审计净资产4,306.88万元，按2.15：1的比例折合股份公司股本2,000万股，股份公司注册资本2,000万元，各股东以其持有的公司股权所对应的净资产认购股份公司股份，持股比例不变，净资产超出部分2,306.88万元计入股份公司资本公积，由全体股东共同享有。 2016年8月5日，德林海有限经无锡市工商行政管理局核准变更为无锡德林海环保科技股份有限公司，并领取了《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码为91320211697939236T）。 德林海主要从事以湖库蓝藻水华灾害应急处置以及蓝藻水华的预防和控制为重点的蓝藻治理业务，具体包括根据湖库蓝藻治理的政府二元公共需求，开发、销售一体化、成套化蓝藻治理先进整装技术装备以及提供藻水分离站等蓝藻治理技术装备的专业化运行维护服务。 由于蓝藻水华暴发会带来饮用水安全隐患、威胁人类健康、破坏生态环境、影响水陆景观，各地政府对湖库蓝藻水华灾害提出应急处置的治理需求。针对蓝藻水华灾害应急处置湖库蓝藻治理需求，发行人自2007年在国内率先提出“打捞上岸、藻水分离”技术路线以来，先后在一体化二级强化气浮、蓝藻囊团破壁、高效可调式涡井取藻等多项关键技术上取得重大突破，逐步开发出多适应性、多样化先进环保技术装备，形成专业化、规模化、工厂化、无害化蓝藻水华灾害应急处置能力，并在滇池、太湖、巢湖、洱海等国内大型淡水湖泊蓝藻水华灾害应急处置中发挥主力军作用。近年来，围绕蓝藻水华预防、控制以及灾害应急处置二元公共需求，结合多年治藻经验、技术积累，发行人于2016年再次率先提出“加压灭活、原位控藻”的蓝藻水华预防、控制技术路线，并相继开发出蓝藻加压控藻船、水动力控（灭）藻器、深井加压控藻平台等蓝藻水华防控及灾害应急处置一体化新型技术装备，相应大幅提升蓝藻治理专业能力和拓宽商业化应用前景。公司现已发展成为集关键技术开发、解决方案、系统设计、整装集成、运行维护、监测预警于一体的蓝藻治理综合服务商，在国内蓝藻治理行业占据领军、主导地位。
