Company Introduction 系为上海泰坦科技有限公司整体变更设立的股份有限公司。泰坦科技前身上海泰坦化学有限公司系由上海市科技创业中心与自然人股东张庆、谢应波、许峰源、张华、张维燕共同出资设立，注册资本40万元。有限公司于2007年10月18日在上海市工商行政管理局徐汇分局注册登记设立，工商登记注册号为310104000395816。2013年4月1日，有限公司通过股东会决议，同意有限公司整体变更为股份公司，2013年5月8日，上海市工商行政管理局核发了注册号为310104000395816的《企业法人营业执照》，核准有限公司改制成为股份公司。 公司通过提供科研试剂、特种化学品、科研仪器及耗材和实验室建设及科研信息化服务，满足科研工作者、分析检测和质量控制人员的科研相关需求，目前已成为国内科学服务行业的领先企业。 公司致力于为国内科学研究、科技创新及产业升级提供重要支撑和保障。首先，公司通过销售人员日常销售维护及服务，对客户研发方向、历史采购数据及行业趋势进行分析，掌握了客户需求。然后，公司为满足客户需求，研发建设了自主品牌，并以OEM 的模式进行生产。同时，为保证产品的完整性，公司外购第三方品牌产品，并与自主品牌产品共同形成完整的产品矩阵，对外实现销售。最后，公司通过建设科学服务平台“探索平台”、建立仓储物流系统等，为客户提供稳定可靠、方便、快捷的产品和服务。
