Company Introduction 华虹半导体有限公司（港股简称：华虹半导体，01347；A股简称:华虹公司，688347）（“本公司”）是全球领先的特色工艺纯晶圆代工企业，秉持“8英寸+12英寸”、先进“特色IC+PowerDiscrete”的发展战略，为客户提供多元化的晶圆代工及配套服务。本公司专注于嵌入式/独立式非易失性存储器、功率器件、模拟与电源管理和逻辑与射频等“8英寸+12英寸”特色工艺技术的持续创新，有力支持新能源汽车、绿色能源、物联网等新兴领域应用，其卓越的质量管理体系亦满足汽车电子芯片生产的严苛要求。本公司是华虹集团的一员，而华虹集团是中国拥有“8英寸+12英寸”先进集成电路制造主流工艺技术的产业集团。 本公司在上海金桥和张江建有三座8英寸晶圆厂（华虹一厂、二厂及三厂），月产能约18万片。另在无锡高新技术产业开发区内建有一座月产能7.5万片的12英寸晶圆厂（华虹七厂），这不仅是全球领先的12英寸特色工艺生产线，也是全球第一条12英寸功率器件代工生产线。目前，本公司正在推进华虹无锡二期12英寸芯片生产线（华虹九厂）的建设。 本公司提供多种1.0微米至65/55纳米技术节点的可定制工艺选择。本公司的非易失性存储器技术具有高度的安全性、可靠性、成本效益及技术精细度，令本公司成为智能卡及微控制器等多种快速发展的非易失性存储器应用的首选晶圆代工企业之一。在功率器件技术方面本公司亦拥有强大的能力和丰富的量产经验，拥有一座专门制造功率器件产品的晶圆厂。透过灵活及可定制的制造平台，本公司可满足各种客户的特定需求。 本公司是客户信赖的技术及制造伙伴，为多元化的客户制造其设计规格的芯片，客户包括集成器件制造商，系统及无厂半导体公司。考虑到工艺的性能、成本及制造良率，本公司亦提供设计支持服务，以便对复杂的设计进行优化。目前本公司生产的芯片已被广泛应用于不同市场（包括电子消费品、通讯、计算机、工业及汽车）的各种产品中。
