Company Introduction 北京科美生物技术有限公司成立于2007年，是国内最早专业从事临床免疫学诊断产品开发的公司之一。科美生物专注于临床体外诊断（InVitroDiagnostics,简称IVD）产品的研发、生产、销售和服务。 2019年9月，北京科美生物技术有限公司整体变更设立科美诊断技术股份有限公司（以下简称科美诊断） 位于上海张江科技城的科美博阳诊断技术（上海）有限公司是科美诊断的全资子公司。 眼光和雄心引领科美诊断的发展和未来。企业的发展离不开强有力的领导和领导团队。在拥有二十多年IVD行业经营管理经验的前跨国公司高管李临先生领导下，经过十余年的选拔、培养和磨合，科美诊断已成功建立起一支拥有国际化背景和专业化经验的高水平管理团队。该高管团队拥有全面的行业知识和实战经验。尤其是，公司在产品技术升级、公司并购、整合和转型方面拥有国内IVD行业非常稀缺的成功经验。 科美诊断管理层成员中大约60%拥有海外留学经历或跨国公司工作经验；同时，该管理团队大约60%的成员已在科美诊断服务10年以上。公司也高度重视中层关键人才，尤其是经理人才的选拔和培养。经过多年的努力，已造就了一支有事业心，积极进取，团结互助，专业配套的中层管理团队。为公司长期发展打下基础。 目前，化学发光免疫学是科美诊断的核心业务。技术上，经历了放射免疫、酶促化学发光免疫和光激化学发光免疫跨代技术平台的产品开发，科美诊断研发团队积累了丰富的试剂和仪器系统产品开发经验。其中，光激化学发光免疫分析技术（LightInitiatedChemiluminescenceAssay)是一种先进的免疫化学发光平台技术，居于国内外领先水平。她集高分子纳米微粒技术、光激发化学发光信号标记技术和均相免疫结合技术以及配套仪器技术等组成，系由资深海归学者、公司首席技术官（CTO）赵卫国教授为首的技术团队历经多年的努力开发成功。目前已经开发成功了多类别和多品种的免疫诊断试剂产品和系列化配套仪器产品。 “以创新服务人类健康”是我们的核心价值观。同时，公司长期坚持“以客户为中心；以人才为主体；以创新为动力；以结果为导向”的经营理念。科美诊断致力于向中国和全球发展中国家临床医学实验室提供创新的、更优性价比的产品。国内已上市的产品，如甲状腺激素产品、乙肝、丙肝和艾滋的检测产品，近年来，经过多家国内著名医院研究试用，证明其性能与表现可与跨国公司产品媲美。为公司，也为国产IVD产品赢得了良好的声誉。 21世纪的中国和全世界发展中国家面临着众多的发展机遇，同时也面对着诸多困难和挑战。人民和社会在享受技术进步和经济发展带来的众多好处的同时，也面临着环境恶化，人口老龄化和多种疾病的挑战。尤其是，中国政府必须为她的人民提供能负担得起的医疗服务。这也势必要求医疗器械和制药行业必须能够研发出性能优良而又具备成本竞争力的产品。科美诊断将一如既往地秉承公司的核心价值观和经营理念。坚持技术和管理创新。坚持开发创新的，高性价比的诊断产品，为中国和广大发展中国家人民健康事业作出应有贡献。并期待在这一过程中，持续创造客户价值、员工价值和股东价值。
