Company Introduction 恒玄有限由自然人赵国光、汤晓冬及上海千碧富共同出资设立，设立时注册资本为295万元。2015年6月8日，恒玄有限取得上海自贸区工商局核发的《营业执照》（注册号：310141000159899）。2016年7月4日，恒玄有限完成本次工商变更登记手续，并换领变更后的《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：91310115341975375J）。2019年10月9日，恒玄有限全体股东共同签署《关于共同发起设立恒玄科技（上海）股份有限公司之发起人协议》，约定按照经立信会计师出具的《审计报告》（信会师报字[2019]第ZA15649号），以截至2019年7月31日恒玄有限的账面净资产48,660.86万元为基础，按照1：0.1850的比例折合为恒玄科技股本，合计9,000万股，每股面值人民币1元，剩余净资产39,660.86万元计入恒玄科技的资本公积。同日，恒玄有限召开董事会，全体董事参加会议，审议并一致通过关于恒玄有限变更为股份有限公司及其折股方案的议案。2019年11月2日，公司取得上海市市场监督管理局核发的新的《营业执照》(统一社会信用代码：91310115341975375J)。2019年11月7日，公司取得临港新片区管委会出具的编号为“沪临港外资备201900310”的《外商投资企业变更备案的回执》。 公司是国际领先的智能音频SoC芯片设计企业之一，主营业务为智能音频SoC芯片的研发、设计与销售，为客户提供AIoT场景下具有语音交互能力的边缘智能主控平台芯片，产品广泛应用于智能蓝牙耳机、Type-C耳机、智能音箱等低功耗智能音频终端。目前公司产品已进入全球主流安卓手机品牌，包括华为、三星、OPPO、小米及Moto等，同时在专业音频厂商中也占据重要地位，进入包括哈曼、JBL、AKG、SONY、Skullcandy、万魔及漫步者等一流品牌。面对智能物联网的快速发展，互联网巨头也加速布局语音入口，谷歌、阿里及百度均有智能语音终端采用本公司产品。品牌客户的深度及广度是公司重要的竞争优势和商业壁垒。公司已成为全球智能音频SoC芯片领域的领先供应商，产品及技术能力获得客户广泛认可，是大陆地区少数可与高通、联发科等国际巨头竞争的芯片设计公司。公司已连续两年荣获EETimes评选的中国IC设计成就奖，同时是中国电子音响行业协会理事会常务理事单位。公司主要产品为普通蓝牙音频芯片、智能蓝牙音频芯片、Type-C音频芯片。
